| As the main pile-forming construction machinery,rotary drilling rig is difficult to optimize drilling control parameters to improve drilling efficiency by constructing accurate mechanism models in the actual drilling construction process due to the complex and variable construction geological environment.This paper addresses the difficulty that the traditional modeling control method is difficult to realize the simulation of drilling process,and carries out the research on the prediction of drilling efficiency of rotary drilling rig with rock crushing based on data analysis and intelligent algorithm research.This paper takes a domestic model of rotary drilling rig as the research object,analyzes the main influencing factors and correlations of drilling efficiency based on rock crushing mechanism and test data,and designs the drilling system model and drilling efficiency prediction model of rotary drilling rig based on BP neural network in combination with the analysis of drilling system mechanism of rotary drilling rig.The system simulation and drilling condition simulation are realized by using the BP drilling system model with given control parameters,and the drilling efficiency prediction is carried out by using the GA-BP efficiency prediction model based on the system simulation data,so as to lay the research foundation for optimizing the drilling control parameters and improving the drilling efficiency afterwards.The main contents include:(1)Analyzing the main influencing factors of drilling efficiency based on the rock crushing mechanism of rotary drilling rig and drilling process,calculating drilling efficiency and correlation using construction test data,clarifying the main relevant parameters affecting drilling efficiency,determining the main simulation research parameters of drilling system model,and providing data support for building drilling efficiency model.(2)Establish the BP drilling system model.Through mechanistic analysis of the drilling system of rotary drilling rig,the working mechanism of the power head and pressurized system components as well as the system flow and pressure variation law are clarified,and on this basis,the drilling system model input parameters analysis,parameter design and relevant parameters setting are carried out to build the BP drilling system model.The model is verified by using test data,and the model can realize the simulation of power head speed and cylinder pressure,and is able to carry out the simulation of drilling system working conditions.(3)Establish the GA-BP drilling efficiency prediction model.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the drilling efficiency of rotary drilling rig,the model input parameters were analyzed and designed as well as the model parameters were set to establish the BP drilling efficiency prediction model.To further improve the prediction accuracy and convergence speed of the BP model,the initial weights and thresholds of the model were optimized using genetic algorithm(GA)to achieve drilling efficiency prediction.The simulation results show that the power head speed and cylinder pressure simulation output can be achieved by inputting the control parameters to the BP drilling system model,and then the drilling efficiency prediction can be achieved by inputting the model output parameters to the GA-BP drilling efficiency model.That is,the drilling efficiency prediction can be achieved with the given control parameters. |
