The exploration of Marine resources is an important way to solve the shortage of resources in the future.Water hydraulic plunger pump is the main power source of the hydraulic system of deep-sea equipment.The radial plunger pump transmits hydraulic energy through the reciprocating movement of the plunger,which has the characteristics of high efficiency like the axial plunger pump.Compared with the axial plunger pump,the radial plunger pump has the advantages of compact structure and high working pressure.This paper aims to design a high pressure,large flow and high water base radial piston pump,and carries out flow fluctuation analysis,transmission system strength analysis,valve design and other work.Specific research is as follows:Working principle analysis of radial piston pump.This paper describes the working principle of radial piston pump,calculates the basic parameters of radial piston pump such as displacement and flow rate,studies the kinematics equation of transmission mechanism,and compares it with the ADAMS dynamic simulation results to verify the correctness of the analytical solution.Flow characteristics analysis of radial piston pump.The flow output analytical model of radial piston pump was established,and the influence rules of radial piston pump eccentricity,number of plungers,length of connecting rod,two phase error Angle and other parameters on radial piston pump flow characteristics were analyzed.MATLAB GUI was used to design the user interaction interface.Strength and fatigue analysis of radial piston pump transmission system.The theoretical load analysis of the transmission system is carried out,and the strength analysis of the transmission system is carried out by using the finite element software.The fatigue life evaluation is carried out based on the stress load spectrum calculated by the finite element software.Design and analysis of Radial piston pump valve.Three kinds of valve structures are designed.Based on the design parameters,the AMESim software is used for modeling,and the influence of the main parameters on the performance of the valve is analyzed,and the structure of the check valve is determined.Design of radial piston pump prototype and test bench.According to the design objectives and performance analysis requirements,the prototype was processed,and the test and test system was designed to test the torque,output flow and output pressure of the radial piston pump prototype,and the performance of the radial piston pump was analyzed according to the test results.
