Permanent magnet synchronous linear motors have been widely used in many fields due to their excellent performance.As the terminal energy consuming device with the largest electricity consumption,motors are particularly important in order to achieve the national goal of "dual carbon",reduce operational losses,and improve operational efficiency.Therefore,studying the efficiency optimization control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous linear motors is of great significance.Firstly,a brief introduction is given to the basic structure and vector control principle of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor,including the ideal permanent magnet synchronous linear motor model and the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor model considering iron loss.Simulate the two models separately through a simulation platform and verify their accuracy.Secondly,the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor has edge effects due to its structure.In order to further study the influence of this effect on the motor,we start with an ideal physical model and introduce four kinds of edge effects.By calculating the loss due to the edge effect,the loss is equivalent to a part of the circuit,and the equivalent circuit of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor considering the edge effect is obtained.A relatively complete loss model of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor is proposed,which includes: copper loss,iron loss,edge loss and inverter loss,and the obtained loss model is used to calculate the operating efficiency of the motor.Finally,for the efficiency optimization of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor,an improved efficiency optimization control strategy combining the maximum thrust current ratio and model-free controller is proposed.The efficiency optimization control strategy based on the maximum thrust current ratio can reduce the operating current of the motor and reduce the total loss of the motor during operation while the output power of the motor remains unchanged,thus significantly improving the operating efficiency of the motor.The efficiency optimization control strategy based on model free controller can improve the output power of the motor in a small way while the total loss of the motor is basically unchanged,thus improving the operating efficiency of the motor in a small way.In order to improve the operation efficiency of the motor more significantly,an improved efficiency optimization control strategy combining the above two methods is proposed.The control strategy can reduce the total loss of the motor and improve the output power of the motor.The simulation results show that the improved efficiency optimization control strategy is significantly better than the above two efficiency optimization control strategies under different working conditions.
