With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the total mileage of urban rail engineering construction has rapidly increased.However,in the actual construction process of subway tunnel,there are still horizontal and vertical sections of the tunnel structure that do not meet the original design requirements,which affects the subsequent track laying,equipment installation and other work.At this time,the adjustment of the horizontal and vertical sections of the line is particularly important.The early contact detection can only measure the coordinates of the finite points in the tunnel section,which is inefficient,time-consuming and laborious when adjusting the line.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the information detection technology of subway tunnel section.Based on the point cloud information of the section in the tunnel obtained by the laser radar scanning,this thesis adopts a more intelligent and efficient method to optimize the adjustment of the level and profile of the road in the subway tunnel.The specific work is as follows:(1)The data acquisition scheme and noise elimination algorithm in subway tunnel based on laser radar are studied.Study the section structure of subway tunnel and the demand for information collection,analyze the technical requirements of data collection equipment,and carry out equipment selection;Determine the data collection process and analysis plan within the tunnel,and form algorithms that can be used to eliminate data noise by preprocessing the tunnel point cloud information.(2)The section deviation analysis and contour curve fitting algorithm of subway tunnel are studied.Combining the characteristics of the laser radar scanning data and the section characteristics of subway tunnel,this thesis proposes the deviation analysis method of circular and rectangular tunnel sections,and the algorithm that can be used to fit the section point cloud data,and verifies the rationality of the algorithm design.(3)The method of horizontal and vertical section adjustment in subway tunnel based on differential evolution algorithm is studied.The fitness function is constructed based on the total number of key points in the design section of the actual section of the tunnel,and the horizontal and vertical sections of the line in the subway tunnel are optimized and adjusted through the differential evolution algorithm.The verification results show that the number of deviation points in the optimized section shows a decreasing trend,and the deviation problem in the tunnel section has been effectively improved.
