| Detecting damage to bridge structures has always been a key task in the engineering community.Traditional structural health detection methods typically require a large amount of manpower and material resources,and the detection process is cumbersome;Compared with the traditional Structural health monitoring method,it is more convenient to obtain the health data of the bridge structure and assess the health status by using the mobile vehicle as the detection platform,collecting data during the vehicle operation process,and conducting the indirect measurement of the structure.By using finite element software to model and analyze the overall vehicle bridge system,information such as dynamic feedback parameters and vehicle operational stability of the vehicle bridge system can be obtained;Designing a dedicated inspection vehicle can detect the health status of bridge structures based on feedback information obtained.This article will focus on a steel truss concrete bridge as the main research object,establish a finite element model,and study the vehicle bridge coupling vibration and damage identification of this bridge type.The main research content is as follows:(1)Using LS-DYNA finite element software,establish solid finite element models of steel truss web concrete bridges with different spans and test bridges according to research needs,and conduct modal analysis on these models.(2)Establish a finite element model of a real vehicle and a model of a testing vehicle,and then adjust the parameters according to different purposes of the simulation.(3)Stability analysis and verification of vehicle operation under coupled vibration of vehicle bridge.Using a real vehicle model and a steel truss concrete bridge for coupled vibration analysis,verify the vehicle operation stability of the bridge type,extract dynamic feedback data from multiple points of the vehicle and bridge,and provide theoretical support for practical engineering applications.(4)Damage identification analysis of vehicle bridge coupling vibration.Use design inspection vehicles to conduct coupled vibration calculations with test bridges of different spans and steel truss concrete bridges,compare multiple operating conditions,select vehicle configurations and bridge structures with obvious feedback,and verify the feasibility of identifying bridge structural damage through finite element analysis and overall vehicle bridge model calculation. |
