Intelligence is the development direction of automotive technology,and as a braking system related to traffic safety,it should adapt to the needs of the development of high-level autonomous driving in automobiles.This article proposes a dual motor direct drive line control configuration and establishes its simulation model,focusing on the "research on redundant brake by wire control for automatic driving".The redundant line control brake voltage regulation control strategy,basic braking strategy,anti lock control strategy,and vehicle stability control strategy are designed,Finally,the simulation of redundant wire control brake is completed.The research content is as follows:Firstly,the overall structure of the redundant line controlled braking system used in this article is introduced.Based on the working principles of each subsystem of the redundant line control system,establish simulation models of permanent magnet synchronous motor,switch solenoid valve,brake master cylinder,brake wheel cylinder,transmission mechanism,etc.in AMESim,and determine the parameters of each model.Secondly,describe the framework of redundant wire control brake actuator control strategy,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different pressure building methods for this redundant wire control brake configuration,and design a redundant wire control pressure control strategy based on this.Propose a pressure speed torque loop based three closed-loop control method for permanent magnet synchronous motors,and design Bang-Bang controllers and fuzzy PID controllers based on PWM regulation for the isolation and pressure control effects of electromagnetic valves in the system,respectively.Thirdly,describe the stability control framework of the vehicle with redundant line control.Firstly,design the distribution method of front and rear axle braking force during conventional braking to achieve the distribution of basic braking force.The Sliding mode control strategy of anti-lock braking is proposed to control the slip ratio during the braking process of the vehicle and ensure the braking efficiency of the vehicle.A second order Sliding mode control control strategy for vehicle yaw stability is proposed,which provides additional yaw moment through differential braking to ensure vehicle lateral stability.Fourthly,simulation analysis was conducted on the redundant line control brake system,and a joint simulation platform was built for the redundant line control dynamic system.Simulation analysis was conducted on the proposed redundant line control dynamic voltage regulation control strategy,anti-lock control strategy,and yaw stability control strategy under different operating conditions,and the results showed that the control strategy proposed in this paper is effective.
