| Seawater axial piston pump has become a popular research object of seawater hydraulic transmission technology due to its advantages of simple structure,high volutional efficiency and high working pressure,as the key friction pair of seawater axial piston pump,the performance of slipper pair has great influence on the efficiency characteristics and service life of the pump.Traditional plunger pumps use hydraulic oil as the medium,while seawater axial plunger pumps use seawater as the medium,compared with hydraulic oil,seawater has poor physical and chemical properties,such as low viscosity,poor lubricity,strong corrosion and other physical and chemical properties,which will inevitably affect the performance of seawater axial plunger pump,secondary texture of bionic shark skin was constructed on the slipper pair to improve the dynamic pressure bearing and drag reduction,and the resulting performance was analyzed by CFD method.In this paper,two categories of different structures were designed,and each category was designed with 18 groups of orthogonal tests to explore the influence of height ratio,rotating speed and other factors on the characteristics of water film.The simulation results show that the first class of secondary texture of bionic shark skin can produce beneficial dynamic pressure bearing capacity.the weight of the influence of various factors on the dynamic pressure bearing capacity of water film is as follows: rotating speed > height ratio > area ratio > curvature ratio > arrangement mode > slot width ratio > primary size;However,its drag reduction is poor,which is negative.The influence weight of various factors on the drag reduction of water film is as follows: rotating speed >arrangement mode > area ratio > curvature ratio > height ratio > primary size > slot width ratio.The second class of secondary texture of bionic shark skin can produce more beneficial dynamic pressure bearing capacity,and various factors affect the weight:rotating speed > height ratio > area ratio > primary pit shape > groove width ratio >arrangement mode > primary size;It can also produce better drag reduction,various factors affect the weight: rotating speed > primary pit shape > area ratio > height ratio > primary size > arrangement mode > groove width ratio.On the basis of simulation,design tests such as rotating speed that have a greater impact on dynamic pressure drag reduction performance,explore the impact of factors such as different rotating speeds on the friction and wear of slipper pairs,measure the friction coefficient and friction with MMD-5A friction and wear tester,and analyze simulation data and test data.In the design of slipper pair of seawater axial piston pump,a new secondary texture of bionic shark skin is proposed,which is expected to have important guiding significance for bionic research on drag reduction and wear reduction of slipper pair. |
