Research On Rail Wear Reduction Scheme Selection Based On Multi-Objective Comprehensive Evaluation

Abstract/Summary:
In the small radius curve section of heavy haul line,with the increase of traffic volume,the problem of rail running ahead of schedule due to side wear overrun is more serious,which leads to the shortening of rail service life.In response to this problem,most scholars have proposed wear reduction methods based on single targets.However,it is difficult to ensure that the overall effect of the measures after implementation is optimal.Therefore,the method of evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of wear reduction measures based on multiple targets has become an urgent need for wear control.Taking U78 Cr V rails with different radii of 75 kg / m in heavy haul railway as the research object,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy fusion model based on grey correlation degree is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the two-measure coupling scheme under different radii,so as to ensure that the scheme has the best effect and the best overall effect under the multi-objective conditions such as safety and wear reduction effect.The main research work is as follows :(1)Based on the mapping theory,the multi-objective comprehensive evaluation index and evaluation criteria based on safety,wear reduction effect,economic benefit,implementation complexity and environmental impact are established from both quantitative and qualitative aspects.(2)The coupling scheme of double measures is determined,and the prediction model of side wear development is proposed according to the development law of side wear of R600 curve.Using UM simulation analysis and expert scoring method,the objective index data(wheel-rail lateral force,wheel load reduction rate,etc.)and subjective index opinions of rail service life and scheme intervention under different working conditions are obtained.(3)The improved comprehensive weighting method is used to weight the indexes,and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy fusion model based on grey correlation degree is established to analyze the practical application effect of the scheme on the line.Under the R600 curve,the safety and environmental impact indicators of the three schemes have little change,and there is a big gap in the wear reduction effect,economic benefits and implementation complexity.On the whole,the rail parameter adjustment and lubrication combination scheme has the best overall effect.(4)The objective index data are obtained by UM simulation of the wear reduction scheme under different conditions.The objective index values of the three schemes under different radii are compared,and the variation law of the wear reduction scheme under the objective single index is obtained.The overall effect of R400,R450,R500 and R600 lines is better after the intervention of rail parameter adjustment and lubrication combination scheme,and the overall effect of R700 and R800 lines is the best after the intervention of grinding and rail lubrication combination scheme.
