Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,intelligent compaction technology,which integrates GPS positioning,vibration testing,information technology and other means,has made great progress and is considered as an innovative road construction quality control method.Due to the advantages of full traceability,energy saving and emission reduction,and large test range,IC has been gradually applied and promoted in various countries around the world.Among them,the intelligent perception of subgrade compaction state and continuous compaction control technology(CCC)is the basis and core of intelligent compaction,which determines the further development of intelligent compaction technology.The continuous compaction control technology,through the vibration and subgrade wheel-road system between the response signal,to achieve the real-time evaluation of subgrade compaction quality,but the vibration response signal is inevitably affected by the wheel-road parameter changes,jump vibration,Swing and other roller space response,and these factors have complex and changeable characteristics,Which seriously affects the continuous compaction perception.Therefore,it is important to deeply analyze these influencing factors,especially the vibration response characteristics of the continuous compaction system,to improve the perception accuracy of continuous compaction.The characteristics of the vibration wheel response in the continuous compaction process,Through the combination of the wheel-road multibody dynamics analysis and the field test,the influence of different factors on the vibration response characteristics of the continuous compaction system is revealed.The main work and achievements are as follows:(1)The in situ vibration compaction test was carried out to analyze the spatial response characteristics of vibratory roller.The sensors were placed on both sides of roller to test the acceleration response of both sides under different compaction times and excitation forces.The results show that the acceleration amplitude and phase have obviously different between the CMV and Evd are 0.71 and 0.53,respectively,which reveals the mechanism of considering spatial vibration characteristics to improve the accuracy of intelligent perception.(2)A centralized parameter model was established to analyze the generation rule of hopping vibration in the process of vibration compaction.The Influence rules of subgrade stiffness,damping,excitation frequency and the ratio of excitation force amplitude to vibration wheel weight on vibration wheel jumping are discussed,and compared with the parameters of many types of roller.The possibility of jumping vibration is summarized through analysis.(3)The"wheel-road"rigid-flexible interaction model was established to analyze and summarize the response characteristics of various sensitive factors.The results show the subgrade stiffness changes significantly the integer frequency doubling in the spectrum map,while the fractional frequency is doubling is not obvious.Roadbed damping and driving speed are not sensitive to vibration response signal.The frequency and amplitude of the excitation force have significant influence on the contact force between the wheel and the road.
