Coagulation is the process of drinking water treatment to remove natural organic matter(NOM)the most cost-effective method,but the method for low molecular weight organic matter or hydrophilic organic removal efficiency is not good.Therefore,to throw adsorbents or oxidants as the first to strengthen the coagulation process came into being.Although the currently proposed enhanced coagulation process can improve the removal efficiency of pollutants,it increases the discharge of solid waste,and does not meet the requirements of clean production,so it is of great importance to try to propose a new process that improves the removal efficiency of natural organic matter while meeting the requirements of cleaner production.Based on the above research needs,this study proposes a novel and cleaner MNBs(Micro-Nano Bubbles)-coagulation process to enhance the effectiveness of drinking water treatment while meeting the requirements of cleaner production.In this study,in the context of simulated surface water as well as natural surface water,humic acid(HA),which accounts for the largest proportion of NOM,was used as the main research object to build sequential batch and continuous flow MNBs-coagulation devices in the laboratory to investigate whether the participation of MNBs in the coagulation process has the effect of improving the removal efficiency of pollutants,and to investigate the optimal operating conditions,floc characteristics and the mechanism of MNBscoagulation to enhance the effectiveness of drinking water treatment.In addition,focusing on the upgrading of rural decentralized water supply process,the MNBscoagulation-ultrafiltration process without precipitation process was proposed to investigate the influence of the participation of MNBs in the short-range coagulationultrafiltration process on the contamination behavior of ultrafiltration membrane and the contamination mechanism.The experimental results show that the MNBs-coagulation process can effectively deal with water quality fluctuations,improve pollutant removal efficiency,strengthen floc characteristics,and meet the requirements of cleaner production while enhancing drinking water treatment efficiency.In addition,based on the concept of green process and the demand for the rural decentralized water supply process,it is proposed that the MNBs-coagulation-ultrafiltration process without sedimentation process can effectively alleviate the irreversible pollution of ultrafiltration membrane and extend the service life of ultrafiltration membrane.The above research results provide a theoretical basis for the development of drinking water treatment technology towards green technology and help rural revitalization. |
