With the continuous improvement of the traffic level in China’s cities,traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious.In order to slow down the trend of traffic congestion,this paper mainly studies two public transportation modes,namely subway and conventional bus,and combines the advantages of rail transit,such as speed,no impedance,punctuality and safety,with the characteristics of conventional bus,such as flexibility,low price and road dedicated,to explore the transfer advantages of passengers in the two modes of transportation.The research place of this paper is Dalian.Through a questionnaire survey of residents who take metro and regular buses for a long time in Dalian,the factors affecting their transfer are analyzed,such as: Driving distance and travel costs,travel time,weather conditions,and its own weight,etc.,the results indicate that a train travelling time and cost as the main optimization goal,and the importance of the journey time than bus fee,before the modeling and solving to carry out specific analysis on the influence factors of travel time and found that there are two reasons that cause time delay,One is the traffic impedance encountered by conventional buses on the road surface,that is,a lot of travel time will be lost when entering the congested section;the other is the time delay caused by the transfer when passengers choose to travel together with conventional buses and subway,and then cause travel time loss.This paper first calculates the average speed between the conventional bus stations,and sets a reasonable standard speed combined with the actual situation,compares the calculated average speed with the set standard speed,so as to determine the interval of the congested section,and roughly selects the optimal transfer station according to the congested section.Then change to the delay time of conventional bus transfer to the subway concrete analysis,to determine the main factors of time delay in the process of transfer,and travel time and travel costs to the optimal as the goal,according to the corresponding formula converting save time cost,based on the conventional bus and metro transfer schedule optimization model,Finally,combined with the survey data,the model is solved by MATLAB programming.Finally,taking the transfer between the conventional bus No.708 and Dalian Metro Line2 as the background,the model parameters were investigated and a case was analyzed.This paper select Zhang Jia Village station to zhongshan square station as the research section,according to the survey data calculation,the different times between forecast of every time,by comparison with actual time to verify the feasibility of this method,then transfer to the station forecast with the actual save time into relative costs,and deduct the cost of the metro,the total saving transformation when the draw in different station transfer fees,Finally,Wanjiacun station is determined to be the optimal transfer station in this area.The predicted total saving and conversion cost per person in peak period is 10.88 yuan(equivalent to 8.24 min),the actual total saving and conversion cost is 10.24 yuan(equivalent to 7.76 min),and the predicted total saving and conversion cost in flat peak period is 2.67 yuan(relative to 2.02min).The actual total savings in conversion cost is 3.62 yuan(equivalent to 2.74 min).
