| In 2021,urban renewal actions were included in the national 14 th Five-Year Plan for the first time,providing policy guidance for optimizing urban spatial structure and improving the quality of urban functions.As an important part of the city’s image,bus waiting facilities play a role in promoting urban renewal.At present,Nanning is in a critical period of rapid development,and residents’ demand for commuting,cross-district travel and sightseeing tourism is increasing,but there are certain deficiencies in the spatial distribution,appearance design and functional settings of existing bus waiting facilities.This project aims to optimize the waiting place,improve the comfort of waiting bus,and renovate the existing bus waiting facilities to become a material carrier that is compatible with urban culture and a transportation carrier for urban waiting services.Taking the bus waiting facilities in the main urban area of Nanning as the research object,this project systematically sorts out the important implementation policies of the state for urban public facilities and relevant theoretical literature at home and abroad through diversified research paths such as literature research method,PSPL research method,quantitative analysis method,cross-analysis method,and inductive summary method,and understands that the current research is insufficient to determine the research entry point.On the other hand,the current situation of 201 bus waiting facilities in the expressway,main road,secondary road and branch road in the main urban area of Nanning was used as the research object and the pain points and needs of different types of waiting groups were investigated and analyzed.The results show that,first,the bus waiting facilities in the same road section in the main urban area do not form a system,and lack overall unity.Second,there is a lack of unified standards for the design,planning,construction and management of existing bus shelters.Third,bus stop facilities ignore the waiting needs of vulnerable groups,and are incomplete and ininclusive.Fourth,the type of waiting facilities is single,and the culture and uniqueness are insufficient.Based on the analysis and induction of the above problems,this paper proposes the "serialization" design strategy of bus waiting facilities from four dimensions,such as user experience,hardware facilities,road planning and urban environment,and carries out the optimization design practice of bus waiting facilities in the main urban area of Nanning under the guidance of the design principles of culture,unity,inclusiveness and uniqueness,aiming to improve the rationality,convenience and intelligence of Nanning’s bus waiting facilities in terms of layout,appearance,function and physical feeling,so as to promote the cultural connotation and urban image of Nanning,the improvement of urban quality. |
