| Since the approach of “Made in China 2025” propose,manufacturing industry has been developing vigorously.How to ensure the quality of products is high and accomplish the production and processing tasks efficiently and quickly is the direction of growth that every manufacturing enterprise is seeking.With the quick growth and extensive use of high technology based on the concept of intelligent manufacturing,the direction of production logistics is also facing new opportunities and challenges.Production logistics in manufacturing enterprises mainly includes raw material logistics and process logistics,which is a key link affecting the productivity of establishment,and is also an momentous link limiting the development of manufacturing enterprises.It is momentous for manufacturing enterprises to realize the reasonable planning of manufacture logistics handling plan and the collaborative scheduling of production logistics handling equipment in manufacturing enterprises,which is an important method to ensure enterprise efficiency and unfold the size of enterprise production in the future.This paper characterizes the working backdrop and the working factor of the production logistics handling equipment in manufacturing enterprises,determines the specific problems that need to be studied in this paper,and take the handling needs of the processing stations in the mixed flow shop as the base,the collaborative scheduling of overhead crane scheduling problem and AGV scheduling problem is studied,taking the transportation of workpieces in G machine shop as the research object,the collaborative dispatching and transportation problem of crane and AGV is studied,by consulting at home and abroad document,the related theories of collaborative scheduling optimization are sorted out,and the problems are studied from mathematical models,solving algorithms and visual simulation modeling.First,aiming at the actual handling requirements and constraints of parts in G machine shop,the model constraint conditions are analyzed,and a mathematical model with the minimum total carrying time and maximum utilization of handling device as the optimizer goal is built.Secondly,through the analysis and comparison of the rudimentary theory of different solution techniques and the characteristics,a modified genetic calculation is to help solve the collaborative dispatching question of carne and AGV,so as to improve the throughput of manufacturing enterprises in production logistics.Finally,a visual simulation system Plant Simulation is accustomed structural the 3D simulation model of the G machining workshop.By comparing with the original transportation scheme,it further certificates the reasonableness of the mathematical model and the effectiveness of the arithmetic advanced in the present study. |
