In recent years,major emergencies such as natural disasters and public health events have occurred frequently around the world,seriously affecting human survival and social development.The emergency logistics system in our country is not perfect and relevant theories are not mature enough.Therefore,how to quickly respond to the emergency,rationally allocate emergency materials and scientifically plan the distribution route of emergency vehicles is of great significance to alleviate the disaster and reduce the loss.Firstly,this paper takes the emergency vehicle routing optimization problem considering the urgency of demand under major emergencies as the research object,expounds the relevant theories of major emergencies and emergency vehicle routing problems in detail,and analyzes the relevant theories of heuristic algorithms for solving vehicle routing problems.Then,the influencing factors of demand urgency coefficient evaluation in disaster-stricken areas are comprehensively analyzed.The demand urgency evaluation index system is established under natural disasters with population factors,environmental factors and material demand factors as the first-level indicators,and the demand urgency evaluation index system under public health events with personnel factors,infrastructure factors and material demand factors as the firstlevel indicators.AHP and entropy method were used to calculate the comprehensive weight of each index,and then the improved method combining grey correlation analysis and TOPSIS method was used to evaluate and calculate the demand urgency coefficient of the disaster area,and the quantitative value of the demand urgency coefficient was applied to the subsequent emergency optimal scheduling model considering supply and demand relations and demand urgency.The selection strategy of ant colony algorithm,pheromone volatile coefficient and pheromone update strategy were improved and the improved two-element optimization algorithm was combined to solve the model.Finally,with the actual emergency rescue of Wenchuan earthquake as the background,combined with the model constructed in this paper and the improved algorithm,java language was used to program the solution on the Intelli J IDEA integrated development tool to get the best emergency vehicle route rescue plan during the rescue process,and the optimal path was obtained by comparing and analyzing the basic ant colony algorithm without considering the urgency of demand.The rationality of the model and the reliability of the improved algorithm are proved.The study on the optimization of emergency vehicle routing can make up for the defects of the emergency rescue department in the process of formulating the rescue plan,so as to complete the emergency rescue task reasonably,scientifically and efficiently,and provide theoretical reference and reference for the emergency rescue department,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
