Research On The Design Of Production And Office Space In Independent Factory Buildings

In recent years,with the gradual industrial upgrading and transformation in China,and the deepening of socialist modernisation.The construction of science and technology parks,the main spatial carrier for undertaking industrial transfer,accelerating industrial agglomeration and upgrading,upgrading regional economies and cultivating regional industries,has become very important and crucial.As an important carrier of science and technology parks,the construction of the internal space of factory buildings can effectively attract powerful high-tech companies from all over the world,injecting vitality into science and technology parks and playing the role of a modern "golden platform".However,the relatively late start of high-tech industrial parks in China,but the speed of plant construction is very fast,resulting in many shortcomings in the design and construction of the internal space of the plant,and there is no set of complete system as a reference.Blind investment in construction not only fails to serve the purpose of efficient production,but also causes a great waste of social resources.With the aim of studying a systematic design system for the internal space of independent plants in science and technology parks,the author summarises the characteristics of independent plants in line with modern science and technology parks through a large number of field studies of plants in science and technology industrial parks in Wuhan,summarises the design methods for the internal space of plants according to their characteristics,and puts forward a set of systematic design ideas,and finally puts the internal design of independent plants in science and technology parks The ideas are put into practice.This paper takes the interior design of the workshop in Building 8 of the East Lake High-Tech Wuhan Chuangzhi Base in Wuhan,Hubei Province as the starting point,and conducts a preliminary study on the design methods of the internal space of independent workshops in high-tech industrial parks,mainly as follows.Firstly,relevant concepts such as high-tech industrial park and its internal independent plant are explained,the development history of high-tech industrial parks in China and abroad is analysed,and then questions about the internal space of the construction plant are raised according to the characteristics of the plant in China’s science and technology industrial park.Secondly,we analyse and study the design priorities of factories in technology industrial parks at home and abroad,and summarise the design priorities for the production and office space of independent factories required by high-tech companies.In view of the internal space characteristics of the factory buildings required by high-tech companies,and combined with the requirements of China’s high-tech parks,the integrated design method of production and office space of independent factory buildings in China’s high-tech industrial parks is proposed.Finally,based on the summarised method of designing the fusion space of factory buildings,the research method of combining theory and practice is adopted,and through the demonstration of the interior design practice of the factory buildings of the East Lake Hi-Tech Wuhan Innovation Base Building 8,the research method of designing the fusion space of production and office of independent factory buildings in science and technology parks is summarised again,providing reference and consideration for the design of the interior space of independent factory buildings in science and technology parks in China in the future.
