Landscape Planning And Design Of Colin Park In Hohhot

Landscape architecture is a highly comprehensive subject,including architecture,aesthetics,ecology and natural science.It takes landscape architecture as the center,takes all kinds of scenery in nature as the main research object,and extensively involves many fields such as architecture,engineering,literature,art,etc.Modern landscape architecture theory research believes that landscape architecture is a new industry with interdisciplinary characteristics formed by combining human civilization with science and technology at a certain level of development.It aims to create a beautiful and vivid artificial landscape,but also contains multiple functions such as environmental protection and natural resource utilization.Without a good ecological environment,it is difficult to improve people’s living quality and health level,and it is difficult to sustain economic and social development.Therefore,on this basis,the concept of creating green ecology is applied to this design,so as to ensure the basic living needs of citizens for urban parks,improve the local forest coverage rate and greening level,and promote the balance of the ecosystem.The project of this thesis is landscape planning and design of Corin Park in Hohhot,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.It is located in the welcoming area of the east entrance of Yili Modern Wisdom Health Valley Project in Tumet Left Banner,Hohhot,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.It covers an area of about 182hm2 and belongs to the urban sports ecological park.After analyzing and interpreting the current development status of urban parks at home and abroad and four domestic cases with characteristics,combined with the actual situation of the project site,SWOT analysis and design vision and strategy are formulated.According to the needs of different people,the project site is divided into four areas,namely waterfront swimming area,mountain cool movement area,flower sea tracing area and ecological demonstration area.The following is a detailed description of the landscape design within the four functional zones.In the aspect of special design,elaborate design is carried out from road traffic design,plant landscape design,vertical design,water system design and other aspects,and the concept of green,ecological,humane,economic,energy saving and localization is integrated into every design within the park.While highlighting the local customs and characteristics,it also provides ideas for the design and planning of Hohhot city park.Through the research and design of this project,the author has improved the understanding and design level of landscape architecture,promoted the improvement of my professional skills,and made efforts to contribute to the construction of Chinese landscape architecture.
