| Bionic UAV is a new type of unmanned aerial vehicle,mainly through imitation of appearance,sound,shape,action of natural organisms to achieve the requirements of UAV flight control,cruising operation,environmental adaptation and so on.Using bionic UAV in the field to drive birds,which has the advantages of flexibility,wide effective working range,environmental friendliness,and preventing the adaptation behavior of birds.In view of the development of agricultural plant protection UAV and the rapid growth of field bird repellent demand in recent years,the research on agricultural bionic bird repellent UAV has became more and more important practical significance.In this paper,a compound UAV is developed,and the UAV’s shape bionic work、the selection and airborne of disording equipment works have completed.The prototype meets the requirements of field disording operation through field tests.The main research works and results of this paper as follows:(1)Selected the optimal fixed wingspan,chord length and wingspan to meet the requirements of UAV cruise,and selected a reasonable aerodynamic layout to reduce the mutual interference between the fixed wing and rotor flow field;The wing section of the adult bald eagle was fitted into a bionic airfoil,which was used as the main wing base of 60% to 90% of the airfoil.Finally,three-dimensional mapping software was used to complete the design of the main wing,fuselage,tail,key connection structure and strength support structure of the bionic UAV.(2)Finite element analysis software was used to conduct simulation analysis on the fixed wing,and the data such as lift-drag ratio and structural stiffness of the prototype model at several important groups of angles of attack were obtained to determine the flight performance of the wing and wing fabrication standards;The influence of rotor vortex on the aerodynamic performance of fixed wing was demonstrated by analyzing the rotor rotor wake with the classical slipstream theory.Finally,the bionic bald eagle shape coating was selected to complete the production of the prototype flight platform.(3)The flight process of the prototype was divided into three stages: vertical takeoff and landing of the rotor,flat flight cruise of the fixed wing and transition state,and the classical PID control strategy was used to design its control scheme.(4)Selected LED explosion flashing light,532 nm green shock lamp,frequency conversion ultrasonic this three kinds of bird repellent efficiency and relatively stable mature bird repellent technology,then through lightweight,airborne modification carried on the flight platform.(5)Proceeded the flight test and field test of bionic bird repellent UAV prototype,and processing test data.The test data showed that the fluctuation values of pitch Angle,yaw Angle and roll Angle of the prototype are all within a reasonable range,which proves that the prototype has stable and accurate flight performance.Field test data showed that the average yield per mu increased by 4.9% and 8.8% in yellow peach orchard and vineyard,which proved that the prototype had excellent repellent effect and met the requirements of field repellent and crop loss reduction.The bionic agricultural bird repellent UAV developed in this paper combined the developed bird repellent technology with the newly developed UAV technology,supplemented by environmentally friendly bionics technology.To achieve the type,sound,light multi-dimensional bird repellent design objectives.It provides a new solution for the domain of bird repellent in field. |
