| The UANET is an Ad Hoc Network composed of several UAV nodes, which is used for collaborative communication operations between UAVs.It has the characteristics of high flexibility, good real-time,high reliability and fast deployment. The implementation of UANETs requires certain technology and capabilities, including self-organization capability, communication management capability, security and privacy protection capabilities. The application scenarios of UANET include air monitoring, search and rescue,UAV formation flight, intelligent transportation, military application and other fields. The impact of routing optimization, topology adjustment, path selection and service bearer on the communication between UAVs in an ad hoc network needs to be considered.Based on the above issues, this article discusses the existing protocols for UANET.This article also introduces the characteristics of the network simulation platform,as well as building a simulation scenario for UANET’s protocols, designing simulation software and processes and providing specific methods for constructing protocol simulation models based on the Qual Net network simulation platform. This article mainly discusses the optimization of neighbors’ node maintenance and routing information forwarding in existing unmanned aerial vehicle self-organizing networks,as well as further research on existing backoff algorithms. In the meanwhile, the above algorithms are simulated on the Qual Net simulation platform.Firstly,Aiming at the frequent topology changes caused by the rapid movement of UANET,and the link interruption caused by the failure to update the routing information in time according to the changes of neighbor nodes,a routing protocol based on Kalman DNN node location prediction is proposed. This protocol can improve the accuracy of neighbor information by modifying the results of Kalman location prediction through the nonlinear operation of DNN on the basis of Kalman node location prediction, and calculate the router info according to the updated results of neighbors. The simulation results show that the routing protocol based on Kalman and DNN improves the accuracy of neighbor information to a certain extent, and can better meet the requirements of low end-to-end delay and high data packet delivery rate of UAV ad hoc network system.Secondly,in response to the problem of increasing packet collision probability and low channel access efficiency when the number of nodes in the MAC protocol of unmanned aerial vehicle selforganized network increases with the binary exponential backoff algorithm under broadcast conditions,a UAV self-organized network MAC protocol based on Kalman-DNN neighbor prediction is proposed. This protocol calculates the competition window based on the number of one hop and two hop neighbor nodes predicted by Kalman-DNN,and completes the backoff process according to the backoff window. This protocol can dynamically change the competition window based on the number of nodes in the network. The simulation results show that the proposed protocol has made certain improvements in performance indicators such as broadcast packet arrival rate and reducing collision times. |
