| The "14th Five-Year Plan" opens a new journey of high-quality development of transportation in the new era,and should accelerate to meet the expectations of the people for better travel.Music road as a characteristic highway,through the road surface macro structure design will be cluttered noise into a beautiful melody,in highlighting the new era of highway culture characteristics at the same time greatly promote the process of rural revitalization and enhance the construction of beautiful countryside.However,music pavement research and application started late compared to foreign countries,and music pavement design and construction still rely on foreign technology.Therefore,it is necessary to research and demonstrate the application of the concept theory related to music pavement and its design method of pronunciation groove.Based on the basic theory of acoustics,this paper analyzes the principle of musical pavement,clarifies its design and calculation process,and establishes the numerical simulation model of noise under the coupling effect of tire-groove pavement by finite element software,deeply studies the influence law of factors such as vehicle driving speed,groove width and depth on the sound generation effect of musical pavement,and makes suggestions on the best sound range and the best groove parameter range.Finally,the simulation results are verified by relying on the physical project with sound effects as the index.In addition,it is expected to provide a rational basis and scientific support for promoting the construction of musical roads in China.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,combining the acoustic Helmholtz fluctuation equation and its finite element solution method,it is clarified that vibration noise and pumping noise are two important components of the tire-road noise mechanism,which provides the theoretical basis for establishing the numerical model of tire-road noise.From the perspective of tire-road noise mechanism and music theory foundation,it is clarified in detail that the music road sound is generated due to the regular vibration of the car caused by the impact between the car tires and the road groove structure,which generates specific audio;and it is clarified that the key of music road design calculation work is to calculate the note frequency,pronunciation groove spacing and the construction distance corresponding to each note,from which it can be concluded that the influencing factors of music road sound mainly include speed,The notch size,and the choice of sound range.Secondly,Abaqus finite element software was used to establish the tire-notch pavement vibration sound pressure model and the pump air noise three-dimensional model,respectively.The trend of the pump air noise sound pressure curve is basically consistent with the theoretical pump air noise curve;the vibration sound pressure results are analyzed by spectrum analysis,and the frequency corresponding to the peak sound pressure level of each model is obtained and compared with the calculated theoretical frequency,and the average value of the relative error was found to be only2.4%.Again,With the help of the simulation model,the influence law on vibration sound pressure and pumping noise is studied from two aspects of vehicle driving speed and groove parameters respectively,and the goal is to optimize the sound generation effect,balanced pumping noise and vibration sound pressure.The results show that the best design speed of music pavement is 40km/h-60km/h,the best groove depth range is3mm-5mm,and the groove width should be set above 20mm;combined with the groove spacing and width index,the best range of sound range is 140-180 Hz for the speed of 40km/h in choosing the frequency of 1(d1)note;then according to the best range of groove parameters,further research The best combination of articulation groove parameters was then studied,and this study concluded that the music pavement groove parameters(24,4)or(26,4)were the best group.Finally,combining with the music road demonstration projects of Yumei Road and Ruifeng Road in Liangping District,Chongqing,the music effects of the two projects were compared after using the collected audio information and conducting spectrum analysis,in which Ruifeng Road,which adopted the best range of sound and groove parameters,had better music effects than Yumei Road,and the rationality of the best groove parameters and range of sound was verified. |
