The construction industry,a traditional pillar industry,is in a depressed state at this stage.As an important part of the development of today’s emerging information technology,big data has become the core force driving the transformation and development of the sluggish construction industry.It promoted the transformation and upgrading of the traditional construction industry towards the new direction of digitalization,industrialization,and intelligence.It has been treated as the “oil” in this digital era.However,research found that the application degree of big data in the construction field is low and its promotion is slow due to various reasons.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to reveal the key influencing factors of the application of big data in the construction field and put forward specific suggestions to promote the wide application of big data technology in the construction field,improve the informatization level of the construction industry,and promote the development of the digital direction of the construction industry.We performed a systematic study from the following aspects.Firstly,the study analyzed the research background of the application of building big data,expounded the significance of the research,and summarized the research status from the aspects of basic theoretical research,technical research,and application research of building big data.At the same time,it outlined the main research methods and paths,clarified the concepts,terms,and related theories of big data,construction big data technology and its application,etc.,and layed a solid theoretical foundation for the identification of key influencing factors.Then,through the study of domestic and foreign literature and expert survey,47 independent and non-dependent factors restricting the application of big data in the construction field were extracted and identified,and the factors were classified into politics,economy,society and science and technology based on the traditional PEST analysis method,and the related concepts of each factor were explained and elaborated in detail.Secondly,for 47 influencing factors extracted,11 key influencing factors restricting the application of big data in architecture were found out by means of questionnaire and factor analysis method,which were as follows: capital investment,big data technology,big data cognition,big data application standards and specifications,management mechanism,software and hardware development and application,big data governance,professional data talents,big data value,incentive policies and effectiveness factors of big data application,used for further research.Thirdly,the binary matrix of key influencing factors was constructed by means of expert investigation,which was transformed into correlation matrix and reachable matrix by certain transformation rules.In this way,the ISM interpretation structure model of key influencing factors was constructed,and the interaction between each key factor was discussed,and the hierarchical relationship and influence path among the factors were visually presented in the graphical way.Then,MICMAC analysis method was used to classify key factors into driving force and dependency,and the degree of effect of each factor on the development and application of building big data was clarified.Finally,aiming at the constructed ISM-MICMAC model and combining various levels of factors with current events,expert suggestions,and government guidance,the study provides targeted suggestions and strategies to promote the application of big data technology in the field of architecture. |
