Study On The Risk Management And Optimization Of Z Enterprise Working Capital

Working capital is the capital that an enterprise must hold in daily operation and can be used to cope with emergencies.Its security and stability are directly related to the survival and development of an enterprise,and affect the sustainable operation of an enterprise.It is of great significance to carry out working capital risk management for reducing and preventing the working capital risk of enterprises and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.As a stateowned electric power enterprise,Z enterprise,similar to other electric power enterprises,has the problem of liquidity shortage.The healthy development of state-owned electric power enterprises is very crucial and important for the stability and development of national economy.With the continuous development of the market economy in our country,the business environment has become more conducive to the development of enterprises.However,enterprises are also facing increasing risks.Therefore,enterprises need to gradually improve the risk management system in order to better prevent risks.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to study the working capital risk management of enterprise Z and provide countermeasures and suggestions for improving the working capital risk management level of the enterprise.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part describes the research background and significance of working capital risk management,reviews and evaluates the research results at home and abroad,and explains the research content,research ideas and methods of this paper.The second part elaborates the relevant theories of working capital,working capital risk and working capital risk management,and defines the core concepts,which lays a foundation for the subsequent research.The third part is about the analysis of the current situation of the working capital risk management of enterprise Z.Firstly,the basic situation of enterprise Z is introduced.Then,through the data analysis of financial indicators,the current working capital risk of Enterprise Z is summarized from the three aspects of fund raising,fund use and fund recovery,and the existing problems in the working capital risk management are summarized.The fourth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the level of working capital risk management based on the case enterprises,so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing the working capital risk management system of enterprise Z.The fifth part summarizes the conclusion of the case study,puts forward management suggestions and looks forward to the follow-up research.In summary,the conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)There are many problems in the working capital risk management of enterprise Z,such as the absence of working capital risk monitoring institutions,unreasonable financing methods,lack of scientific analysis and reasonable arrangement of investment,and inadequate accounts receivable management,etc.These problems have a negative impact on the working capital risk management level of enterprise Z.(2)For the problems existing in the working capital management of enterprise Z,it can be carried out in the aspects of pre-management(prevention),in-process management(control)and post-management(treatment),etc.,and optimize its working capital risk management by improving the risk monitoring structure,broadening financing channels,strengthening investment prudence,and improving the budget and accounts receivable management system of the enterprise.This paper not only optimizes the working capital risk management system of Z enterprise,but also provides countermeasures for other enterprises in the same industry.
