Abstract/Summary:
Slewing bearing is the core component of all kinds of medium and large slewing machinery,and its health directly affects the normal operation of slewing machinery.Due to the complex working environment of slewing machinery,the cost of production and equipment maintenance will be greatly increased once the slewing bearing fails under the long working time.It is very important to detect and diagnose the operating state of slewing bearing components conveniently and effectively.The research content of this topic mainly includes four parts: the construction of slewing bearing test platform,the design of measurement and control system,the acquisition of sensor signal and the analysis and diagnosis of slewing bearing fault using current signal.This paper presents a method of state monitoring and fault analysis of slewing bearing under multi-fault interference condition.In this method,the current and vibration signals of the driving motor of slewing bearing test equipment are collected synchronously,and the fault diagnosis parameters of different types of sensors are analyzed through the current and vibration acceleration sensors under various faults and variable speed conditions.The advantage of this method lies in the application of current sensor,data acquisition and parameter analysis in slewing bearing test equipment,which improves the accuracy and efficiency of slewing support fault diagnosis.Failure mechanism and model establishment of slewing bearing test platform.The fault causes of slewing bearing test platform mainly include inner tooth wear condition of slewing supporting,inner ball wear condition of slewing supporting and compound fault condition.Under the fault condition,there is a close relationship between internal torque and power and current.Through mathematical derivation of current signal,it lays a theoretical foundation for fault diagnosis of slewing bearing test platform by using current signal.The slewing bearing test platform is designed,the structure of the test platform is introduced,and the three-dimensional model is established.Measurement and control system of slewing bearing test platform.The measurement and control system of slewing bearing test platform mainly includes a variety of sensors,signal acquisition system,drive control system and upper computer system.A variety of sensors are used to prepare for the comparison test of current signal and vibration acceleration signal in the following paper.The drive control system realizes accurate control of slewing bearing speed by controlling the speed of the drive motor.The whole set of measurement and control system provides support for the acquisition of experimental data.The collection scheme of slewing bearing fault test data.By setting the speed of the drive motor and the fault type of the slewing support,the synchronous data collection test of a variety of sensors under different speed and fault conditions is realized,and the data of a variety of sensors on the slewing support fault test platform is obtained.The experimental data are obtained for the diagnosis and analysis of slewing support fault based on the current and the contrast analysis with the vibration sensor signal.Fault diagnosis results of slewing bearing test platform based on current.By using time-domain and frequence-domain analysis methods,fault feature extraction,analysis,classification and fault pattern recognition of slewing bearing test platform based on current signal are carried out,and fault diagnosis results in time-domain and frequencedomain are classified and listed.At the same time,the advantages of current based slewing bearing fault diagnosis in vibration acceleration signal processing under synchronous acquisition are compared.The analytical conclusion of the experiment is obtained.The experimental results show that slewing bearing fault diagnosis method based the current has great advantages in the field of engineering and laboratory equipment development,and has important significance in promoting the development of large diameter and high performance slewing bearing components and improving the reliability.The research method in this paper has the advantages of clear structure,easy calculation and high diagnostic efficiency.The method proposed in this paper has a good engineering application prospect and is expected to be applied to the development of fault diagnosis technology in the production and performance verification of large-diameter and high-performance slewing bearing components.Figure [42] Table [7] parameter [82]...
