In recent years,the domestic aviation industry has developed rapidly.Although the airport passenger flow has declined due to the impact of the COVID-19.With the optimization and adjustment of epidemic prevention and control measures across the country,the aviation industry has gradually recovered,the transportation business has continued to grow,and the requirements for ground support have become increasingly high.How to improve airport security efficiency and relieve the pressure brought by the growth of air transport business volume on the air transport system has become particularly important.Based on the above background,the following aspects of research are carried out in this paper:⑴Airport ground support operation process analysis: the airport control rules and special vehicle support rules are studied,the ground service data are analyzed,and the flight ground support process is sorted out,providing the basis for airport ground support modeling and optimization.⑵ Establishment and solution of multi-objective optimization mathematical model: with reducing the number of special vehicles,shortening the driving distance and reducing the total service time as the optimization scheduling objectives,a multiobjective model of security vehicles with time windows and on-board capacity constraints is constructed according to the actual airport ground operation conditions,and the corresponding greedy algorithm is designed to solve the problem.Compared with the fast heuristic algorithm,the greedy algorithm designed in this paper ensures that the number of vehicles,total driving distance and total service time are reduced.⑶Modeling and evaluation of ground service simulation based on multi-agent:considering the shortcomings of its mathematical model at the execution level,the flexible execution strategy is introduced,and a ground support simulation model based on multi-agent is established to solve the safety problems caused by the acceleration and deceleration of vehicles on the road and road conflicts.The validity of the simulation model is verified by T-test method.Using the simulation model,the role of the introduction of flexible execution strategy in improving the security of the scheduling scheme is analyzed,and the impact of the proportion parameters of the arrival and departure aircraft types on the security level of the operation is also analyzed.Finally,the security index and model attenuation of the mathematical model and the multi-agent simulation model are compared.The results show that the security and execution of the model are improved after the introduction of the flexible execution strategy.
