Abstract/Summary:
To carry out the work of reaching peak carbon neutrality, the Ministry of Education issued the Implementation Plan for the Construction of the National Education System for Green and Low-carbon Development, which proposes incorporating green and low-carbon development into the national education system and promoting the quality, efficiency, transformation, and upgrading of green development on campuses.Building energy consumption is influenced not only by the structural performance of the building, but also by the energy consumption behavior of users. This paper uses dormitory buildings on campus as an example to investigate the impact of users’ energy consumption behavior on building energy consumption,to give a reference for future research on energy consumption behavior. To begin,a study was conducted on the impact of energy usage behavior on building energy consumption using domestic and foreign literature research.Based on DNAS theory,a questionnaire survey was conducted on dormitory building users to study the characteristics of their energy use behaviors and the differences in their energy use behaviors,as well as to summarize their energy use habits. The research of energy use behavior primarily involves the user’s occupation, window opening and closing activity, curtain usage behavior, lighting control behavior, and air conditioning use behavior.Second, actual energy consumption data for dormitory buildings is obtained via the campus energy consumption surveillance platform. The actual energy consumption database of dormitory buildings is established using the My SQL database management platform in accordance with the database design process and phases.SQL language is used to query and screen actual energy consumption data in order to analyze building energy use.The dormitory’s average daily power consumption is 4.14 k Wh during the air conditioning season and 1.71 k Wh during the non-air conditioning period.Cluster analysis was utilized to divide users into conservation, general, and luxury groups based on their dormitory energy consumption values, and to investigate the similarity of building energy use.Lastly, sort out the attributes and behavior rules of the system’s numerous subjects, which are divided into four sections: model subjects, illumination, equipment, and air conditioning. The usual energy behavior model of a dormitory structure is developed using the Any Logic simulation platform and Java object-oriented programming language, and the attributes, behaviors, and interaction rules of the actual topic are simulated.Assess the logic rationality of the model to ensure the model’s effective operation;the output validity of the model is tested to establish the degree of matching between the output results and the predicted scenario in the actual field. The simulated average daily energy usage is 5.02 k Wh,compared to the real average daily energy consumption of 4.94 k Wh.The simulated standard deviation is less than the actual standard deviation, indicating that the actual energy use behavior is more unpredictable, but the simulated energy consumption condition is highly stable. The model’s relevant parameters were updated based on the real study requirements, and the model was run repeatedly.A mathematical statistical analysis was performed on the model’s output findings to reveal the influence of user energy consumption behavior on building energy consumption.Energy use patterns of conservation users and general users can save 77.9% and 43.2% of energy consumption, respectively, when compared to energy use patterns of luxury users.Among the numerous types of energy usage behavior changes, changes in the set temperature of air conditioning and changes in the duration of air conditioning use have the most noticeable impact on building energy consumption. In general, this paper identifies user energy attributes, behaviors, and other factors based on theoretical analysis, questionnaire survey results, actual energy use,and cluster analysis results, and uses the agent-based modeling method to establish a typical energy use behavior model of dormitory buildings, allowing for dynamic simulation of the impact of user energy use behavior on building energy consumption.
