With the high function,complexity,integration and scale of light source engineering,its micro-vibration control is facing higher technical requirements.The equipment inside the energy storage ring is easy to generate local micro-vibration in the working process,and there are also low-frequency vibration sources outside the storage ring,which are mainly environmental vibration.In order to better solve the micro-vibration control problems faced by the storage ring section of light source engineering,this paper takes the storage ring section of a light source engineering as the background,integrates field measurement and finite element simulation analysis,and successively carries out the research on micro-vibration control index method confirmation,field vibration test,finite element model establishment of storage ring section,micro-vibration control of storage ring section,etc.The research content and main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the existing vibration test data,the possible sources of light source engineering are analyzed,and the transmission law of micro-vibration in the storage ring is studied,a complete scheme of environmental micro-vibration test is established,and the micro-vibration test is carried out for the storage ring section of the light source,and the characteristics of the source are studied,it provides reliable data support for the following numerical simulation analysis.(2)Based on the finite element numerical simulation method,the refined finite element model of large-volume ring foundation structure with special technology is established and analyzed,which provides support for the design of micro-vibration control of foundation structure,based on the existing standards and measured data,the effect of the whole foundation-structure system on the anti-micro-vibration of the storage ring is evaluated,the relationship between the foundation parameters and the damping performance is summarized,and the better foundation design type is obtained,select the most suitable basic program to carry out model test.Based on the finite element simulation of different foundation structures,the Raft Foundation and piled raft foundation are modeled and compared..(3)By changing the pile depth,pile diameter and pile density,the vibration reduction effect of different row pile structures is studied,the greater the radius and the density of pile row,the better the effect of vibration reduction of pile row system,in order to improve the vibration reduction effect of the whole row pile system,the vibration reduction research of the power equipment in the light source project is carried out,the vibration reduction effect of oil damper in air-conditioning unit and centrifugal pump is studied through simulation analysis and field measurement.
