According to the latest International Maritime Organization study on greenhouse gases in 2020,although the carbon intensity of shipping decreased by nearly 11%between 2012 and 2018,greenhouse gas emissions remained high at 1.076 billion tons.In recent years,the hybrid power system of offshore clean energy has been developing continuously.From the initial diesel and battery hybrid power system,it has gradually begun to be combined with clean energy.The ocean is rich in indirect energy such as wave energy,tidal energy,temperature difference energy,current energy and salt difference energy.Among them,wave energy is the Marine energy with the most development potential.It is widely distributed,high energy density,everywhere,and inexhaustible renewable clean energy.Due to its particularity,wave energy requires a special conversion device to convert mechanical energy into usable electrical energy.At present,there are many structural forms and working principles of wave energy conversion devices,each of which has its own advantages and disadvantages.Among them,the permanent magnet linear generator has the advantages of simple structure,convenient maintenance and small loss.In addition,it eliminates the link of intermediate energy conversion and improves the efficiency of energy capture.Some scholars put forward a rolling generator and a pitch generator which were applied to the moving ship,which solved the problem that the wave energy could not be utilized during sailing.In this paper,a kind of spontaneous electric device applied to underwater robot is designed,which makes use of the mechanical energy when the underwater robot is rolling,swing and so on.According to the principle of motor design,two kinds of structure schemes of cylinder-type power generation device and flat-type power generation device are established.Finite element simulation is carried out based on Ansys,and the power generation performance of the two structures is compared.Finally,the cylinder-type power generation structure is selected.The energy storage circuit is designed to convert the unstable alternating current into direct current and store it.The prototype of cylindric generator was built and the performance of the generator under different parameters was tested.It has certain significance to guide the design of this type of motor. |
