In the age of economic globalization,industry competition is getting more and more intense.Enterprises urgently need to investigate important ways to improve core competitiveness if they want to stand out in the brutal market competition.Production scheduling is the core production management,which is the focus of enterprise management in discrete manufacturing.Hence,one of the important strategies for boosting an enterprise’s core competitiveness is to increase the workshop’s capacity for production scheduling.Studies already conducted focus more on the analysis of static scheduling issues in the workshop.However,in the actual production process,disturbance events occur frequently,and it is difficult for the initial scheduling scheme to ensure the normal progress of the workshop production process,resulting in production delays,order delays,and waste of resources.Thus,this article examines the many disturbances that have occurred during the workshop’s manufacturing process,starting from two aspects of pre-scheduling and rescheduling,taking into account the scheduling scheme of workshop efficiency and stability,expanding the specific study from static scheduling at the initial moment to rescheduling under disturbance events.Finally,combined with the theoretical research results and the actual production of enterprises,asset of scheduling information management system for discrete manufacturing enterprises is developed.The main research content of this paperis as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of optimal scheduling of static resources in discrete workshops,an optimal configuration model is established with minimizing completion time and energy consumption,and an improved imperialist competitive algorithm is designed.The improvenment of the original imperialist competitive algorithm mainly exists in the following points: In the stage of initializing the state,a new calculation formula for imperial power is proposed to prevent the problem of initializing an imperial power to zero;In the revolutionary stage,the dual feform strategy of empire and colory is proposed,and the local search ability of the algorithm is improved;In the stage of imperial competition,the empire elimination mechanism is added,and the empire with zero power is assigned to the colony to be competed by other empires,in order to expedite the convergence rate of the algorithm;After imperial competition,the external imperial inavasion strategy is introduced to further increase the search breadth of the algorithm.Lastly,the usefulness of the suggested method is demonstrated by the international standard case and workshop case verification.(2)Aiming at the problem of resource reconfiguration in perturbation event,In order to ensure the production efficiency and stability of the workshop,two objective functions of total delay time and equipment deviation are added to the pre-scheduling mathematical modal.Aiming at different disturbance events in the workshop,a mixed-driven rescheduling strategy based on the latest completion time combined with cycle drive is proposed,and different rescheduling methods are adopted for different disturbance events.In view of the two types of disturbance events in disturbance events,emergency insertion and equipment failure,combined with rolling window technology,the effectiveness and stability of the suggested algorithm are demonstrated by solving the results using the comparison algorithms,and using the modified imperialist competitive algorithm that is proposed in this research.(3)Based on the above research results,provide a set of scheduling information management systems for discrete manufacturing businesses in conjunction with actual enterprise production,through actual enterprise verification,the system can effectively assist enterprises in production decision to meet the actual needs of enterprises.
