| Vacuum coating technology based on physical vapor deposition is becoming more and more mature,and it is widely concerned for its high stability and uniformity of the plated products,while the research and development of anti-blue coating process is also a hot issue in vacuum coating technology.It is an important technical difficulty to prepare excellent anti-blue light film layer based on vacuum coating technology,and it is important to study the anti-blue light coating process to prepare stable and uniform high performance anti-blue light film layer.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)To study the effect of vacuum degree in the furnace of coating equipment on the anti-blue light coating process.The anti-blue light lens coating process can be realized based on physical vapor deposition coating technology: the use of different coating materials with high and low refractive indices are matched to achieve 90% and above reflection in the harmful blue light wavelength band,i.e.380-450 nm.The vacuum level of atmospheric pressure inside the furnace can be changed to achieve better anti-blue light effect.The experimental results show that under the same control conditions of coating materials,film system parameters,coating equipment,turning on ion source,baking temperature,etc.,a good anti-blue light effect can be achieved at a vacuum level of 3.0E-3Pa in the furnace of the coating equipment.Based on the physical vapor deposition coating technology,the anti-blue light effect will be changed under the inconsistent vacuum degree in the vacuum chamber,and this study provides a new theory and practice for the development of anti-blue light coating process.(2)To study the influence of Hall ion source auxiliary equipment on the anti-blue light coating process.In the spectral analysis test equipment,the high inverse state of90% and above reflection is reached at the harmful blue light wavelength band.The conditions of using ion source in the vacuum chamber are changed,and then better antiblue light effect is achieved.It is shown that the adhesion and stability of the anti-blue light film layer can be increased with the assistance of the Hall ion source turned on and the electron beam current at 8A.The anti-blue light film properties are closely related to the auxiliary ion source and the target film material.Using physical vapor deposition coating technology,the anti-blue light effect also changes in the case of inconsistent conditions of ion source use in the furnace,and this study also provides a new reference for the development of anti-blue light coating process.(3)Study the effect of deposition temperature in the furnace of vacuum coating equipment on the anti-blue light coating process.In order to improve the performance of the anti-blue coating layer,the effect of the deposition temperature in the furnace of vacuum coating equipment on the anti-blue coating layer was studied in a controlled test.Tests have shown that the deposition temperature has a significant effect on the deposition rate and the stability of the film layer.However,the experimental results show that the performance of the anti-blue layer does not improve significantly with the increase of the deposition temperature,and the anti-blue effect is better when the deposition temperature is 60℃.The deposition temperature obtained from the orthogonal experiment is in the range of the phase transition temperature of the antiblue layer,which is an important reason for the improvement of the layer performance. |
