Under the background of digital protection and inheritance of Chinese traditional culture and design innovation of museum cultural and creative products,the application of speech emotion recognition in museum cultural and creative products is actively explored.In order to comply with the design trend of museum cultural innovation in the digital age and meet the needs of modern life style,the designer uses the voice emotion recognition based on the technology carrier of long and short term memory neural network,combines the voice emotion recognition with the pattern innovation of Shaanxi Provincial Museum,and designs a visual intelligent sound that can accurately analyze the voice emotion and make corresponding pattern changes.On the one hand,this design practice combines traditional Chinese patterns with sound interaction,enhances the entertainment and interaction of products,and helps to enhance the influence of traditional Chinese art.On the other hand,the development of intelligent cultural and creative products in line with modern lifestyle is to expand the categories of cultural and creative products,which is conducive to breaking through the disadvantages of "excessive product convergence" in the current cultural and creative market.In the theoretical research stage,desktop research was conducted from four aspects: "related concepts of museum culture and creativity,related theories of Tang Dynasty traditional patterns,feasibility analysis of long and short term memory neural network technology,and related theories of sound visualization".Firstly,through the analysis of the definition,classification,application and development trend of museum cultural creativity in the digital age,the paper demonstrates the possibility of digital technology represented by speech emotion recognition in the development of museum cultural creativity products,conforming to the design trend of museum cultural creativity.Secondly,the evolution history,classification characteristics and reconstruction methods of Tang Dynasty patterns are studied.Combined with practical research,the most representative Baoxianghua patterns are selected to carry out in-depth analysis from the aspects of modeling structure,color characteristics,cultural connotations,application fields and innovative methods.Then,it explores the advantages and disadvantages of speech emotion recognition based on long and short term memory neural network technology,and analyzes the feasibility of long and short term memory neural network and pattern innovation combined with practical cases.Finally,the paper seeks specific technical means to realize sound visualization,and provides technical reserve for design practice.In the research and analysis stage,through the practice investigation of Shaanxi Provincial History Museum,the market overview of cultural and creative products of Shaanxi Provincial History Museum is understood,and the horizontal comparison is made with the development of cultural and creative products of other museums,so as to summarize the trend of the cultural and creative market of domestic museums.Through user questionnaire,person interview,big data analysis and other research methods,this paper explores users’ expectations for museum cultural and creative products and attitudes towards digital intervention in cultural and creative development,and selects the most popular Baoxiang flower pattern as the design element.Finally,based on the theoretical study of user satisfaction,the implied features of Baoxianghua pattern were extracted to determine the design and application direction of "visual intelligent sound".In the design strategy stage,according to the design and application direction of "visual intelligent sound",the method of "user journey map" is used to analyze the user’s pain points and needs,so as to determine the product function module.On the basis of satisfying user demand and determining product function,the design strategy of audio product is put forward from two aspects of "ontology image" and "interactive behavior".Then,the target group is subdivided and a user model with core characteristics is obtained from data statistics,behavior,value and demand dimensions to provide reference for design practice.Finally,the visualization strategy of the flower pattern is proposed to reconstruct and innovate the flower pattern,and the long and short term memory neural network is used to transform the flower pattern from "static" to "dynamic",so as to provide the pattern material for the realization of sound visualization.In the design practice stage,the long and short term memory neural network as the technical support of speech emotion recognition is applied to the visual intelligent sound design.In the design of the modular product structure,allowing users to use the scene free collocation,so that it is suitable for the "museum tour" and "family life" two scenes,and from the shape,material,color,interaction and other aspects of a full range of multi-angle display,the final test,evaluation of the effect of the product. |
