Between 2017 and 2021,the number of newly registered new energy vehicles in China increased from 650000 to 2.95 million,showing a rapid growth trend.At present,the new energy vehicle market is gradually taking shape,and market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.On the one hand,government subsidies have begun to decline,and the new energy vehicle industry has begun to transform from "policy oriented" to "market oriented";On the other hand,in order to encourage the development of new energy vehicles,the country has relaxed the industry access threshold,and the number of new energy vehicle enterprises has increased rapidly.How to improve the competitiveness of new energy vehicle enterprises has become the focus of many new energy vehicle enterprises.XP New Energy Vehicle Company was established in 2014.With the rapid increase in sales of new energy vehicles nationwide,the company has experienced a trend of declining market share and slowing sales growth,which poses a significant threat to the realization of corporate strategic objectives.Therefore,XP company urgently needs to evaluate its own enterprise competitiveness level to achieve improvement.This article analyzes the internal and external environment of XP Company,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to combine quantitative and qualitative evaluation to objectively evaluate and analyze XP Company.Specifically,first identify the competitive elements of new energy vehicles through value chain analysis;Then,the weight of each factor is obtained using the analytic hierarchy process,and finally,the competitiveness factors of XP Company are scored,evaluated,and analyzed using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation result is: XP Company’s R&D and innovation capabilities and after-sales service capabilities are rated excellent,with competitive advantages;The marketing ability,financial ability,and organizational ability are medium,and they are at a competitive disadvantage.Based on the evaluation results of the existing problems and competitiveness of XP Company,this thesis proposes ways to improve its marketing,financial,and organizational capabilities,and consolidate its R&D,innovation,and after-sales service capabilities to enhance its enterprise competitiveness.
