| In recent years,with the large-scale and high-speed development of urban subway,it has become an important part of the urban transportation system.But while the rapid development of subway has brought great convenience to people’s travel,its internal dynamic changes and longterm accumulated environmental risk factors also pose a threat to the health of passengers and employees.The health vulnerability of metro microenvironment is gradually emerging.However,current studies on vulnerability of urban metro during operation mainly focus on operation safety,emergency response system,network structure,etc.,focused on a single environmental risk factor such as air quality.Therefore,this paper will systematically and comprehensively build a microenvironment health vulnerability assessment model for urban metro,providing decisionmaking basis and guidance for metro operation departments to carry out environmental health management.Firstly,based on the analysis of the driving factors of urban metro microenvironment health vulnerability,detailed decomposition was carried out from four aspects: environment,personnel,equipment and management.After being classified and analyzed,the evaluation index of subway microenvironment health vulnerability was preliminarily selected.Then through expert investigation,the evaluation index was selected and determined,and the evaluation index system of subway microenvironment health vulnerability was finally constructed.Combined with academic papers,research reports,national standards,etc.,the evaluation indicators were quantified and graded.Secondly,on the basis of the subway microenvironment health vulnerability evaluation index system,this paper used BIM+VR technology to build a virtual simulation system of urban subway environment to simulate the microenvironment in subway stations at all times.And experts in the field of public health,scholars from universities,subway operation managements were invited to participate and collect the subway microenvironment health vulnerability evaluation data.Besides,Kendall coefficient was calculated to verify the consistency of evaluation subjects.Finally,the deep learning theory was introduced to build a deep neural network model for health vulnerability assessment of urban subway microenvironment.Based on the sample data set collected by the BIM+VR virtual simulation evaluation model,the deep neural network model was trained,and the model parameters were updated,which explored the complex relationship between multi-dimensional indicators.Then the micro-environment health vulnerability of subway station X was evaluated through the deep neural network model,the indicators with risks have been analyzed,and then targeted suggestions and measures to improve the microenvironment health vulnerability of subway station were put forward from three aspects of technology,management and law.Findings of this research of this paper clarified and quantified the evaluation index of the microenvironment health vulnerability of urban metro,constructing a deep neural network model of health vulnerability of urban subway microenvironment,which realize the dynamic assessment of metro microenvironment health vulnerability,provide models and technical support for urban metro microenvironment health management,and help the relevant management departments of metro operation take control planning measures to promote the healthy and sustainable construction and operation of urban metro projects. |
