Intangible cultural heritage is an important representative of a country and its culture.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly proposed inheriting and carrying forward traditional culture,developing intangible cultural heritage industry and carrying forward national spirit to enhance the soft power of national culture,a recent years,the establishment of exhibition halls and study halls of different nature has promoted the inheritance and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage.However,most of the exhibition forms still follow the way of traditional museums,mainly static display,which is difficult to express the cultural connotation behind,so it is necessary to innovate the design and promote the inheritance and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage.The red and green colored porcelain of Bayi Kiln is the earliest colored porcelain in China,especially the exquisite technology,exquisite technique,artistic style and expressive subject matter.In 2021,the red and green colored porcelain of Bayi Kiln became part of the fifth National Intangible Cultural Heritage project.In order to protect the intangible cultural heritage of the red and green colored porcelain of Bayi Kiln,Li Jian ping,a non-genetic person,established the intangible Cultural Heritage Museum and received the protection of National Geographic indications.Field investigation results show that the red and green colored porcelain of Bayi Kiln is displayed in a single form,which lacks tourists’ experience and is not conducive to the protection of intangible cultural heritage.Therefore,this paper takes the exhibition hall space under the background of intangible cultural heritage as the research object,discusses the influence of the characteristics of intangible cultural heritage on exhibition halls,describes the development history of intangible cultural heritage exhibition halls at home and abroad,interprets relevant outstanding cases,and explores the design ideas of intangible cultural heritage exhibition halls.Taking the red and green colored porcelain of Bayi Kiln as the carrier,the paper conducts field investigation,proposes the design strategy of the red and green colored porcelain exhibition hall of Bayi Kiln by using various methods,and finally guides the space design practice of the red and green colored porcelain exhibition hall of Bayi Kiln,promotes the inheritance and protection of the red and green colored porcelain exhibition hall of Bayi Kiln,and provides no reference for the future design of intangible cultural heritage exhibition hall.
