Reciprocating compressor is a typical positive displacement compressor,which is widely used in fluid industry,ocean engineering equipment and other fields.In the actual production process,as a key component of reciprocating compressor,the gas valve will be affected by a lot of gas impact and corrosion,so that its failure rate is high;At the same time,the vibration quantity of oil and gas pipeline of reciprocating compressor is one of the important standards to evaluate its safety.Based on the 2D-90 reciprocating compressor experimental platform,this paper conducts fault diagnosis of suction and exhaust valves and research on vibration of oil and gas pipelines.The specific contents are as follows:(1)Analyze and study the reciprocating compressor valve failure and pipeline vibration factors.(2)Based on the principle of fault diagnosis,the wavelet packet analysis method and BP neural network are combined into the fault diagnosis.According to the process of signal acquisition,feature extraction and state recognition,the fault diagnosis of2D-90 reciprocating compressor valve is carried out.(3)Calculate the flow pulsation of the 2D-90 reciprocating compressor pipeline based on the flow pulsation analysis method to verify whether it conforms to the API-618 standard.The vibration state of the pipeline was analyzed,the excitation frequency,mechanical natural frequency and gas column natural frequency were calculated,and the types of pipeline faults were summarized.The vibration state of2D-90 reciprocating compressor pipeline was monitored after eliminating the resonance effect of the pipeline.(4)Based on the visualization software design platform and mathematical calculation simulation software,the 2D-90 reciprocating compressor fault monitoring system was designed by using Active X technology and hybrid programming method,so as to realize the purpose of real-time valve fault diagnosis and real-time monitoring of pipeline vibration state.(5)Designed 2D-90 reciprocating compressor suction and exhaust valve real-time fault diagnosis and pipeline vibration real-time monitoring experiment,tested the fault diagnosis system,verified its reliability,summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the system and the general level.The results show that real-time fault diagnosis of reciprocating compressor valve and vibration monitoring of oil and gas pipeline have great engineering and economic benefits.
