A large number of wooden structures are used in rural buildings in southwestern China,the existence of these rural buildings is more than 50 years.Affected by the defects of the materials and external factors,the wooden structure is affected by its own performance and the surrounding environment.The occurrence of insects and cracks on the wood structure will affect its safety and durability.At present,modern architectural materials are developing rapidly,the forest needs to protect the forests.Houses with clay bricks and reinforced concrete are built.These houses have gradually replaced traditional wooden structures,causing a large amount of traditional materials to be discarded and affecting the natural environment.It is in line with the concept of green development and leads to similar appearances in different regions.In order to promote the development of rural green,improve the utilization rate of traditional wood,make modern buildings become traditional buildings and solve the problem of similar appearance of urban buildings.Construction activities are carried out according to the existing wooden structures in rural areas,renovating and using the currently existing wooden structured houses,protecting these buildings through use.In rural wooden structures,wood column are the core components that pass on the upper load.It is the most likely to be destroyed.It is mainly rotten.The traditional repair method is the Iron item reinforced splicing wood column.This method reduces the wood structure Stability and destruction of wood structure.Therefore,the traditional wooden pillar repair method must be improved.This thesis first studies the protection value and current problems of rural buildings and study whether it is feasible to use it in rural buildings after repair.In the visit to some traditional villages in Yunnan,the destruction types of wooden structures in rural buildings and the causes of these damage were summarized,modern and traditional wooden pillar restoration technology and repair materials were summarized.According to the rotten problems that are often occurred in wood column.BFRP sheet reinforced splicing wood column is proposed.Finally,the use of ANSYS software to establish a mathematical three-dimensional geometry model for this solution.Comparing this method with the method of reinforcement of iron parts,the research results show that both methods can reduce the deformation of wood column and improve the carrying performance of the wood column;two Comparison of methods,the method of BFRP reinforced wood column is better,which can improve the latency and deformation ability of the wood column,increase the strength,bearing capacity and force performance of the wood column,increase the safety of the overall wood structure the plan can be implemented.This design plan allows rural culture and architectural forms to be protected for a long time and helps the recycling and utilization of traditional architectural materials.This plan is in line with the current economic status of rural construction and allows the sustainable development of rural buildings.At the same time,this design solution helps people to establish cultural self-confidence and play a significant role in building a strong country in my country. |
