The Research And Application Of Wabi-Sabi Aesthetics In Chinese Modern Interior Design

Wabi-Sabi aesthetics originated from Japan.It depicts the beauty of all things in the world in the process of settling and passing away time.It shows the simplicity of the essence of things and the pursuit of the essence of things.With the continuous improvement of people’s attitude towards life and spirit,this kind of aesthetics is not only an aesthetics,but also an idea.Just as it looks at the inside through the appearance of things,it also contains the corresponding outlook on life or the world,and shows a deeper level of mood to meet people’s spiritual needs and aspirations.The aesthetics of silence has been integrated into modern design,has been relatively popular around the world,and has also received the pursuit of many designers,such as the field of product design,landscape design,clothing design,etc.In the field of interior design studied in this paper,the " Wabi-Sabi Style" interior design style has also been formed.However,this aesthetic interior design style is not mature in China.The main reason is that domestic interior designers do not grasp this relatively obscure silent aesthetics thoroughly enough,so that they can not well integrate this aesthetics into China’s domestic modern interior design.Based on the increasingly prominent individuation of modern interior design,people no longer only pursue the external magnificence,but also have a stronger desire for the spiritual level.The ideological connotation contained in the aesthetics of silence just makes up for the corresponding needs.This paper is divided into five parts to describe the research and application of the aesthetics of silence in the integration of modern Chinese interior design.In the first part,the thesis studies and analyzes the theoretical background of the integration of the aesthetics of silence into modern Chinese interior design from the research background and significance of " Wabi-Sabi" and modern interior design,the research status at home and abroad,the main problems,difficulties and innovations to be solved.In the second part,the paper describes the origin and historical development of "Wabi-Sabi",and analyzes the influence of silence aesthetics in various fields of design,which is embodied in the idea of "simplicity","clumsiness","plain" and " conception".The third part describes the five forms of expression of " Wabi-Sabi aesthetics" in interior design,analyzes and studies them,and then analyzes the expression of " Wabi-Sabi beauty" in interior design by taking Casa Cook KOS resort hotel and the Bordeaux apartment designed by Yana Prydalna as two modern interior design cases.The fourth part is the practical application case of this paper.Taking a residential building in Longmenkan,Longwu Tea Town,Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province,as an example,to build a self-built house and renovate a homestay project,through the functional plane layout design,scheme renderings design and soft decoration design,and taking into account the unique Chinese "feng shui" culture in the design,the beauty of Wabi-Sabi will finally be displayed in the modern interior space of China,expressing the connotation of "beauty of Wabi-Sabi" ! At the end of the paper,the full text is summarized and summarized,and some implications for related research are put forward.Through this article,I also hope that the " Wabi-Sabi" aesthetics,which originated from Chinese Buddhism culture,can be localized and developed with more characteristics under the efforts of Chinese interior designers.
