| The multi-rotor UAV has the advantages of stable flight performance,low requirements on the take-off site and fixed hover.This paper presents a scheme of multi-rotor UAV with foldable function which can be quickly launched into the air by a certain launcher to intercept enemy UAV.The structural characteristics of the multi-rotor UAV were analyzed by the finite element software and the dynamic characteristics of the multi-rotor UAV were studied by the semi-physical simulation platform.Aiming at the overall structure of the multi-rotor UAV,3D software was first used to model the overall line of the multi-rotor UAV,the basic operating principle of the multi-rotor UAV was studied,the basic layout of the multi-rotor UAV was determined,and the main stress conditions of the multi-rotor UAV were analyzed.The feasibility of the structure of the multi-rotor UAV was verified according to different force modes and flight conditions.Aiming at whether the fuselage structure of UAVs meets the stiffness and strength requirements,the joint simulation method of HYPERMESH software and Workbench software is used to analyze the stiffness and strength of UAVS fuselage structure,and the reliability of the designed structure is verified together with related experiments,which can provide a theoretical basis for the structure design of multi-rotor UAVs.Aiming at whether the power system of UAV meets the flight requirements of UAV,the aerodynamic characteristics of UAV are analyzed by using the method of aerodynamic simulation,and then the dynamic performance of multi-rotor UAV is tested by using the semi-physical simulation platform,which mainly includes the tensile force,motor speed,electric adjustable current and fuselage torque of UAV.The feasibility of the dynamic system can be verified by comparing the simulation results with the test results.Finally,the flight test shows that the UAV can fly normally,the fuselage structure is not damaged,and the power system meets the flight requirements of the UAV.Through simulation analysis and experimental research,this topic uses the semi-physical simulation platform to test and study the multi-rotor UAV,which provides an effective means for the optimization of the subsequent aircraft control strategy. |
