The innovation and development of prefabricated structural system is the core driving force of residential industrialization development, and the prefabricated concrete shear wall structure has the advantages of large anti-side rigidity, strong bearing capacity and regular indoor space, and has become one of the most widely used structural forms in China’s precast concrete structure civil housing. In this paper, the connection performance and seismic performance of core grouted congruent concrete prefabricated shear walls with vertical mixed reinforcement on the wall are studied through research review, experimental research and finite element analysis, which provides a basis for the large-scale application of the core grouted congruent concrete prefabricated shear walls structure technology. The main research contents are as follows:(1)Chapter 2 studies the problem of rebar lap connection between precast hollow concrete shear wall and cast-in-place concrete, and obtains a more reasonable lap length value. In this paper,a unidirectional tensile test was carried out on 10 lap test pieces between precast concrete components with grout holes and post-cast concrete reinforcement. The test rebar lap length is taken from the anchor length and1.2 times the anchor length, and the connection performance of the rebar meets the design requirements, indicating that this connection method is feasible.(2)Chapter 3 completed the quasi-static test of three shear wall specimens with axial compression ratios of 0.3 under axial pressure and low cycle repeated load, including 1 cast-in-place concrete shear wall specimen and 2 prefabricated shear wall specimens. The walls of the two prefabricated test pieces adopt the method of vertical symmetrical reinforcement and vertical mixed reinforcement respectively. The hysteresis curve, skeleton curve, bearing capacity, stiffness, deformation and ductility, energy dissipation capacity and rebar strain of the prefabricated shear wall were analyzed in experimental studies. The results show that the seismic performance of the shear wall with reduced vertical connection of the wall is slightly worse than that of core grouted congruent concrete prefabricated shear walls, and the two core grouted shear walls specimens have better seismic performance than the cast-in-place specimens, and both can meet the structural design requirements.(3)Chapter 4 uses ABAQUS software to establish a parametric model and finite element calculation of the core assembly concrete shear wall specimens, and compares the test data with the simulation calculation data, the finite element model built in this chapter can basically simulate the seismic performance of core grouted congruent concrete prefabricated shear walls with vertical mixed reinforcement on the wall, and the rationality of the test results is verified.
