| Since the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" was put forward in 2020,carbon emission has become a hot issue concerned by many scholars.As a large energy demand country,our consumption of fossil energy is always high,and the energy shortage becomes increasingly prominent.Solar energy is a promising source of renewable energy,characterized by high radiation power,cleanliness,and lack of pollution.It has a broad application prospect in addressing the scarcity of fossil energy and reducing carbon emissions.Relying on its environmental protection,renewability,clean and simple and agile photovoltaic conversion advantages,solar energy occupies dominant positions in new energy sources.Photovoltaic power generation technology is becoming increasingly widely used in our country.But at present,photovoltaic power generation technology is mostly used in fixed buildings,and it rarely involves mobile buildings.Especially in cold chain transportation,it mostly relies on fossil energy combustion for power supply,and few people apply photovoltaic power generation technology to cold chain transportation.And limited by the power generation of fossil energy,the improvement of refrigeration performance in cold chain transportation mainly depends on changing the uniformity of the internal temperature field,such as changing the location of the air outlet,the way of cargo stacking or the speed of air supply to make the internal temperature field more uniform.In order to reduce the use of fossil energy and the energy consumption of cold chain transportation,this paper applies the optical storage direct and flexible technology to the refrigerated container by installing photovoltaic panels on the top of the refrigerated container instead of the original diesel engine to generate electricity.The direct current generated by the photovoltaic panels drives the refrigeration unit to operate,which can meet the cooling demand and realize energy saving and emission reduction.In this paper,the theory of refrigerated container equipped with photovoltaic panels and energy storage device is studied,the principle of photovoltaic cell power generation and the calculation method of hourly solar radiation are expounded,the equivalent model of battery and the mathematical model of internal cooling of refrigerated container are established,and the working principle of the cooling device is introduced.Secondly,the influences of solar radiation intensity,outdoor temperature,photovoltaic panel area and installation tilt Angle on photovoltaic panel power generation are studied respectively.Based on the study of radiation intensity and outdoor temperature,Jiuquan,Datong and Zhengzhou were selected as demonstration areas to establish a refrigerated container model,simulate the cold and heat loads required for transporting different fruits in different regions,establishing a photovoltaic power generation model can help analyze the impact of various solar radiation intensities and outdoor temperatures on the power output of photovoltaic panels..It is found that the power generation of solar photovoltaic panels increases with the increase of solar radiation intensity,but the increase of outdoor temperature will reduce the power generation efficiency of photovoltaic modules,resulting in a decrease in the power generation of photovoltaic panels.Based on the study of photovoltaic panel area and installation dip Angle,mainly through the method of numerical simulation,the photovoltaic panel area of 10,20,30,40,50 ㎡,installation dip Angle of 0,15,30,40,60,75° photovoltaic panel energy generation research.The results show that the photovoltaic panel energy generation increases with the increase of photovoltaic panel area.When the dip Angle changes,the power generation will first rise and then decline,and there is an optimal dip Angle.Finally,the photovoltaic power generation system,storage battery and refrigeration system are coupled to simulate the solar photovoltaic panel power generation,the power demand of refrigeration unit and the storage power of storage battery in different regions and transportation of different fruits.It is found that when the photovoltaic panel area is 30 square meters and the installation Angle is 0°,the solar photovoltaic panel can well meet the electricity demand under different working conditions while still having power redundancy. |
