| The automobile industry is a pillar industry of the national economy,and a major industry that creates socio-economic benefits and absorbs overall employment in society.For a long time,China’s automobile industry has been large but not strong in the era of fuel vehicles.With the deepening of the process of electrification,intelligence,and networking of automobiles,China’s automobile industry faces enormous opportunities.Under this background,the autonomous vehicle,which is a collection of electrification,intelligence and networking,is a representative model.In the face of the once-in-a-century opportunity for major technology updates in the automotive industry,how autonomous driving start-ups should seize the opportunity,how to cope with the competition of traditional fuel vehicle companies that are still large in volume,and how to compete with the autonomous driving business teams of technology giants have become an urgent issue to be resolved.This paper takes U Company as a case,summarizes the relevant concepts and current situation of autonomous driving,and explores the strategy of differentiated development of autonomous driving business based on differentiation strategy.Firstly,based on the concept and research status of autonomous driving,this paper summarizes the research status of autonomous driving concept in China;Secondly,with differentiation strategy as the core,this paper summarizes the relevant academic achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in the differentiated development of autonomous vehicle.Secondly,through the basic information research and visits of Company U,the current situation of the autonomous driving business and the market competitive environment of Company U are analyzed.Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of Company U through PEST analysis,five forces model analysis,and SWOT analysis matrix.Finally,it summarizes the research suggestions that U Company should adopt differentiation strategy optimization for autonomous driving business,and proposes countermeasures to focus on differentiation scenarios,adjust differentiation technology paths,and optimize customer distribution structure.At the same time,this article hopes to use the research on autonomous driving startups in the case of U Company,so that its relevant results can help more similar autonomous driving startups in the future. |
