A Study On The Inspirations Of The Three Realms Theory For The Landscape Spatial Creation Of Wangfuwan Village

The 20 th National Congress Report proposed comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,emphasizing the construction of livable and business-friendly beautiful countryside,which has raised higher requirements for rural construction.Currently,various scales and types of rural landscape construction projects are emerging one after another.During my research,I found that Mr.Sun Xiaoxiang’s study of traditional Chinese gardens summarized the creative process of literati-style gardens into three realms of creation,namely,habitat,painting,and intention,which are collectively referred to as the Three Realm Theory.This theory has strong reference and guidance significance for rural landscape design.Therefore,this paper conducts an in-depth study of Mr.Sun Xiaoxiang’s Three Realm Theory,analyzes the methods and ideal pursuits of each level of the theory,actively explores the correlation between the Three Realm Theory and current rural landscape design,and then applies the theory to rural landscape design for empirical research,providing a reference for exploring new theoretical and practical methods for rural landscape design.This paper takes Wangfuwan Village as the research object.Through field investigations and visits,the difficulties and problems faced by the village were sorted out,and its natural environment and regional culture were analyzed in depth.Applying the theoretical method of the Three Realms Theory,the paper creates a fusion of the three levels of the realm of life,the realm of painting,and the realm of meaning in Wangfuwan Village,and focuses on using symbolism and comparison,framing and counter-framing,and freehand brushwork,to enhance the landscape connotation of Wangfuwan Village.
