Wireless power transmission,as an emerging power supply method,can avoid the use of transmission lines,reduce the occurrence of safety accidents such as fire,and prevent personal accidents caused by leakage,so it is widely used.The spherical multi-freedom motion device can not only avoid the combination of multiple groups of sports axes to achieve rotation motion,but also the hollow structure of its rotor has a wider application prospect,such as when the space rotor is placed in the wireless power transmission system and the image collection device,Achieved visual bionics.This has made it flexible in many aspects such as bionic eyes and robots.The combination of multi-freedom motors and wireless power transmission systems improve the convenience and practicality of power supply.This paper firstly introduces the development status and working principle of wireless power transmission system.Aiming at the defect that the power of wireless power transmission system is reduced due to the rotation of spherical motor,a design and optimization scheme of wireless power transmission device suitable for multi-degree-of-freedom motor is proposed.Compared with common optimization methods,coil structure design and topology optimization are selected to expand.(1)In terms of coil structure: Firstly,the transmission model is modeled by using circuit method,and the rotation deviation of the motor is analyzed by using mathematical model.Secondly,finite element modeling and simulation of the magnetic field of the transceiver coil were carried out through ANSYS Maxwell to analyze the distribution of its electromagnetic field and the change of mutual inductance during deflection,showing the excellent anti-deflection performance of the new design.MATLAB is used to process the data at this time,and the fluctuation curve of coupling coefficient caused by migration is drawn.Finally,the experimental platform of the driving circuit of the radio energy transmission system is built for verification.(2)In topology optimization: Firstly,the transmission performance of S-S(S,series)and LCC-S in different topological modes is analyzed by using circuit model.Power matching is carried out by switching topological modes under different mutual induction,and the transmission power is maximized.The power fluctuation in the deflecting state is further reduced by adding the cooperation of the lifting voltage circuit.Then the design ideas were verified by Simulink simulation to verify the actual switch action and power output near the switching point.Finally,based on the original design circuit,the detection circuit,control circuit and power circuit were designed to verify the effectiveness of the design. |
