As the last barrier to prevent radioactive material from escaping into the environment,the reinforced concrete containment vessel on the nuclear island can withstand the tremendous destructive force caused by nuclear accidents.The connection of high-strength steel bars gives it a solid shell.The quality of its high-strength steel bar connection sleeve is the main factor to guarantee the strength of steel bar connection.At present,the production enterprises of high-strength steel bar connection sleeve mainly adopt manual sampling to carry out quality inspection on high-strength steel bar connection sleeve,and lack of automatic inspection equipment for high-strength steel bar connection sleeve.For a large number of connection sleeves,the detection efficiency is low and can not meet the100% detection of connection sleeves,which makes the construction of concrete containment in nuclear power plant a major safety hazard.Therefore,a set of quality inspection production line for high-strength reinforcement connection sleeve is researched and developed to replace manual sampling and realize automatic quality inspection for high-strength reinforcement connection sleeve.Firstly,the structural parameters of connecting sleeve of high-strength steel bar are analyzed to determine the detection module and parameters of inner thread of connecting sleeve.At the same time,compared with domestic and international workpiece internal thread detection equipment and detection methods,the connection sleeve internal thread detection scheme is designed and its technical difficulties are analyzed.According to technical difficulties and detection parameters,the principle and scheme of automatic mechanical equipment are analyzed,and the inspection process flow of intelligent quality detection production line for high-strength steel bar connection sleeve is designed.Structural design,selection calculation of key components and design of pneumatic circuit of intelligent quality inspection production line for high-strength steel bar connection sleeve are carried out.The design scheme of quality inspection production line for connecting sleeve of high-strength steel bar is obtained.By checking the strength of key force mechanism of high-strength steel connecting sleeve quality intelligent inspection production line and making optimum design,the stability of mechanism design is theoretically verified,and the six-order modal analysis is carried out on the key mechanism,which proves that the natural frequency is much larger than the excitation frequency of mechanism and no resonance occurs.Through the prototype making and Experimental Research on the intelligent quality inspection production line of highstrength steel connecting sleeve,the process parameters of each actuating mechanism are optimized,the shortcomings of safety alarm system are set,and the torque interval for judging whether the inner thread of connecting sleeve is qualified is determined.The qualified parameters for thread diameter,thread small-diameter inspection torque interval and height outer diameter of connecting sleeve are obtained.Integrating automatic control theory and Mechatronics theory,an intelligent quality inspection production line for highstrength steel bar connection sleeve has been developed.The quality inspection production line of high-strength steel bar connection sleeve has been developed,which realizes automatic feeding and unloading and inspection of high-strength steel bar connection sleeve.Through trial-production and test analysis of the prototype,the quality inspection efficiency of the connecting sleeve with high-strength reinforcement is improved,the 100% inspection requirement of the connecting sleeve is met,the hands of the testing workers are freed,the economic benefit of the production enterprises is significantly improved,and the safety of the reinforced concrete containment for national nuclear power construction is provided with strong guarantee.The intelligent quality inspection production line for high-strength steel bar connection sleeve proposed in this paper has no relevant equipment in automatic mechanical design products at present,and has high economic and social value.The research methods and contents involved in the detection production line have certain enlightenment and reference value for the development of related equipment.
