Energy is the basis for human survival.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the demand for energy is also increasing.At present,fossil energy in thousands of years of exploitation,has faced the problem of depletion,more importantly,the burning of fossil energy caused by environmental pollution has to be paid attention to.The new energy concept of "clean,safe and environmental protection" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.At present,the use of clean energy such as wind energy,solar energy,geothermal energy,ocean energy and biomass energy has attracted in-depth research by scholars and experts from all over the world,and many research results have been born,and there are very mature applications.However,in terms of energy efficiency and use form,it is still worth continuing to explore.As an important clean energy source,wind energy has been widely used in order to reduce the dependence on fossil fuels.At present,wind resources have been very mature in the field of wind power generation,but there are also problems of low power generation efficiency and low utilization rate of wind energy.The direct conversion of wind into heat energy can effectively improve the utilization rate of wind.Therefore,wind-induced heat has been paid attention to in recent years.Permanent magnet eddy current-induced heat is a way of wind-induced heat,which is to transform the mechanical energy of the wind turbine into magnetic field energy,and form eddy current and produce Joule heat inside the metal stator.Among many wind-induced heating methods,eddy current-induced heating has lower requirements on wind quality,relatively simple device structure and high heating efficiency.The use of wind turbine,wind energy into heat energy,to replace the burning of fossil energy to obtain heat energy,to solve the current energy problems and environmental problems,very beneficial.In order to further improve the efficiency of permanent magnet eddy current induced heat,this paper has done the following research:(1)Using rice straw and cattle manure as raw materials,biogas residue is obtained after fermentation treatment,and then through carbonization and pyrolysis,biogas residue biochar materials with excellent performance are obtained.The obtained biochar material was synthesized with ferric oxide to prepare a soft magnetic material,and its electromagnetic properties were characterized.It is coated on the external surface of the eddy current heating device,and its influence on the performance of the heating device is studied by changing the magnetic field line emitted by the permanent magnet in the magnetic circuit inside the metal stator.(2)Through the summary of the previous research results,the eddy current device scheme is formulated,and the external dimensions and material parameters of the device are determined.Through the electromagnetic simulation software Maxwell,the physical 2D modeling of the permanent magnet eddy current-induced heating experiment was carried out,and then in the transient field analysis module,the kinematics simulation of the permanent magnet eddy current-induced heating device was carried out,and the distribution of magnetic field lines in the stator and the eddy current density in the stator were compared and analyzed when soft magnetic coating was added and not added.The effect of soft magnetic coating on eddy current induced heat was studied.(3)Use the modeling software Solidworks to design the eddy current heating device by ourselves,contact the factory for processing and assembly,and conduct experiments.At 200r/min,250r/min and 300r/min,the surface temperature of the stator was measured,and the heating rate was compared and analyzed when the coating was added and not added.The correctness of the numerical simulation method was verified,and the efficiency improvement of the soft magnetic coating on the heat caused by permanent magnet eddy current was proved.
