Reaerch On The Protection And Resue Strategy Of Beijingr’s Red Cultural Heritage Based On Value Assessment

Red cultural heritage is a very special existence in Chinese cultural heritage,which records and bears the history of the Chinese nation’s bloody struggle to overthrow oppression and strive for independence and freedom.Beijing has a glorious revolutionary tradition and an important historical position in the history of the people’s revolution led by the Communist Party of China,and has produced a rich red cultural heritage with the characteristics of the capital.With the implementation of relevant policies,the protection and reuse of Beijing’s red cultural heritage has been gradually effective,but there are still some problems in the actual implementation process,such as fuzzy subject and lack of value evaluation.As the capital,Beijing should firmly establish a leading role in the demonstration,do a good job in the protection and reuse of red cultural heritage,give full play to the important role of red cultural heritage in the new era.Of red cultural heritage by combing the domestic and foreign research results,based on the analysis of the concept of red cultural heritage,from the composition of the Beijing red cultural heritage type,regional distribution and its protection and utilization of cultural heritage learning method based on its important value after carried on the thorough analysis to build the Beijing red cultural heritage value assessment system,In addition,the overall and special evaluation of The Red cultural heritage in Beijing is carried out.Combined with the results of research and analysis and quantitative evaluation,targeted protection and reuse strategies are proposed for the red cultural heritage in Beijing.Finally,take The Red Building of Peking University as an example for practical exploration.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part introduces the research background and significance of the subject,the definition and interpretation of the research concept,the review of the research status,research methods,research ideas and shortcomings.The second part through the way such as historical textual research,literature research and field research,made a detailed study of Beijing red cultural heritage,red cultural heritage from Beijing to form the historical background,geographical distribution,classification and typical cases,protection of recycled paper expounds existing problems such as the current basic situation of the Beijing red cultural heritage,This will pave the way for the subsequent value evaluation of Beijing red culture.The third part through the analysis of the Beijing red cultural heritage,using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to construct the comprehensive evaluation system of red cultural heritage in Beijing,and to quantify the evaluation index weights,10 of red cultural heritage in Beijing special value assessment,through the assessment for the next step to explore Beijing provides the basis for protection of red cultural heritage reuse strategies.The fourth part is based on the value evaluation and the basic situation of Beijing red cultural heritage,puts forward three principles and four modes of protection and reuse of Beijing red cultural heritage,according to the composition of Beijing red cultural heritage,puts forward targeted protection and reuse strategy research.In the fifth part,in order to production as the object of the practice of Peking University,based on the four part puts forward the protection of the recycling principle and value evaluation for reference,to evaluate the value of the red chamber of Peking University has carried on the special,recycling north red chamber protection mode,and on the basis of the fourth part puts forward the protection of the recycled strategy to north red chamber protection design practice.
