| As the main process of rebar material loss,the intelligent progress of rebar cutting is still at a low level.The traditional manual blanking can’t provide an effective theoretical basis for the cutting process because of its strong subjectivity,and the existing mathematical planning method can’t meet the complex blanking requirements due to its inherent limitations.Under the background of green and intelligent construction industry,the optimization technology led by intelligent algorithm is integrated into the steel bar cutting stage,and a multi-scenario rebar cutting design scheme based on intelligent optimization technology is explored and designed.The research contents and main conclusions are as follows :(1)Disassemble and classify the problem of rebar cutting,and establish a multi-scene cutting optimization module.Along the research route of "single batch cutting → multi-batch cutting → rebar cutting system",the cutting optimization method based on intelligent algorithm is designed,the practical system is developed,and the optimization and application of rebar cutting are completed.(2)According to the characteristics of single batch,the multi-objective cutting mathematical models of different raw material specifications oriented by components and cutting patterns are established respectively.By analyzing the one-dimensional cutting defects of components,a two-level optimization method covering improved particle swarm optimization algorithm and multi-attribute decision-making is constructed,and the cutting scheme is constructed and evaluated hierarchically.By improving the one-dimensional cutting method,a three-stage cutting method based on column generation is proposed.The cutting pattern acquisition,frequency calculation and remaining components combination are completed in stages.Relying on the experimental comparison of Matlab platform,the feasibility and effectiveness of the above two methods are verified.(3)A problem of rebar batch cutting with limited site capacity is proposed,and a multi-objective and multi-batch cutting mathematical model with different raw material specifications is established.Based on two single batch cutting methods,the cutting optimization is regarded as the built-in process of batch planning,and the simulated annealing algorithm is introduced to make the optimal batch planning of reinforcement without presupposing the cutting batch and the requirements of batch components in advance.(4)Integrate the optimization results of different batch types and different raw material specifications,and use Matlab GUI as the interface design tool to develop an integrated,easy-to-use and intuitive rebar cutting optimization system.Through simple parameter setting,the result expression of different cutting scenes is completed. |
