As a link directly connected to users in the power system,the quality of the power provided by the distribution network and its self-healing ability directly affect social production and the quality of life of the people.Research on improving the power quality of distribution network and the self-healing ability of distribution network is one of the research topics of distribution network construction.With the large number of distributed power connections,the topology of the distribution network is changed,and the network reconstruction and fault recovery methods of the traditional distribution network face a series of problems and challenges.This paper first introduces the topological analysis and power flow calculation methods for distribution networks.Aiming at the uncertainty of distributed power output,the joint output system composed of wind power,photovoltaic and energy storage devices is introduced.Aiming at the fluctuation of load,ISODATA clustering algorithm is used to cluster the load during the fault,divide the fault recovery period,and take the clustering center as the load of each fault recovery period,and use the island division strategy to restore the power supply of the distribution network after the fault,and the island division scheme is formulated with the maximum weighted value of load recovery,and the feasibility of the strategy is verified by examples.Secondly,the network optimization reconstruction algorithm under the normal operation of the distribution network with distributed power generation is studied,and the whale optimization algorithm improved by hybrid strategy is used to solve the network with the minimum network loss as the optimization goal,and the optimization results of other algorithms are compared with other algorithms to verify the superiority of the improved algorithm.Finally,the comprehensive recovery strategy is used to restore power supply in the distribution network after the failure,and the tie line is divided into two types:islandable and non-island,so that the island division and the remaining network reconstruction outside the island are coordinated,and IEEE33 nodes are used to verify the effectiveness of the recovery strategy.
