| As the installed capacity of wind power continues to increase and the cost of power generation decreases,more and more wind power is participating in market bidding transactions.Our country is in the transitional period of the electricity market.As the main transaction method in the domestic electricity market,medium and long-term bidding transactions can plan the consumption of wind power on a long-term scale,and the transaction mechanism tends to be mature and stable.However,due to the fluctuation and uncertainty of wind power output,the form of wind power consumption is real-time consumption.Therefore,the connection betw een long-term wind power trad ing and short-term dispatch is not considered,which will lead to a large amount of wind power curtailment,resulting in short-term Insufficient capacity for dispatching and peak regulation is not conducive to the operation,use,promotion and development of wind power.In order to improve the consumption of wind power and the operation economy and stability of the power system,the medium and long-term transactions and short-term dispatch of wind power and thermal power can be reasonably nested to construct a reasonable operation mode of market plus dispatch.Both markets and power systems have theoretical and engineering practical implications.The research content of this paper includes the following four parts:(1)Established a model for wind power participation in medium and long-term bidding transactions.Based on the reform process of my country’s electricity market,analyze the current situation of wind power consumption and the transformation of consumption methods;consider the uncertainty of wind power generation,study the trading mechanism suitable for wind power to participate in the medium and long-term trading market:on this basis.use the long-term scale For the purpose of optimal consumption of wind power,a bilateral centralized bidding transaction model involving wind power is constructed.(2)The electricity decomposition model of wind thermal power contract is established.From the perspective of wind power’s actual participation in market scheduling,the importance of power decomposition and the shortcomings of existing decomposition forms are analyzed:considering the differences between wind power and traditional thermal power decomposition,and aiming at the optimal daily contract power,a joint decomposition of wind and thermal power contract power is constructed model,which effectively nests the long-term scale wind power transaction volume into the short-term optimal dispatch model.(3)A short-term multi-objective optimal dispatch model for wind and thermal power was established.In order to promote the real-time consumption of wind power,on the basis of the conventional optimization model,considering the constraints of wind power curtailment and daily contract power decomposition,and aiming at the minimum economic cost and environmental cost,a wind thermal power generation system considering daily contract power is constructed.Optimize the scheduling model.(4)The model built in this paper is verified based on a multi-scenario area in Northwest China as an example.According to the simulation results,the constructed wind-thermal power collaborative optimization scheduling model can reduce the intermittency and volatility of wind power on-grid power,reduce the curtailment of wind power,and increase The economic benefits of wind power grid connection,and reduce the overall investment and operation costs of the system. |
