With the frequent occurrence of global energy crisis,climate warming,environmental pollution and other issues becoming increasingly serious,the development of renewable energy power generation has become a common consensus of all countries in the world.In recent years,distributed renewable energy has been widely concerned and developed due to its outstanding advantages of being close to the load center,low transmission loss and friendly to the environment.However,it is vulnerable to complex meteorological factors and shows strong volatility,which brings uncertainty to the electricity supply side.In addition,with the development of flexible load management,demand-side response and other technologies,the adjustable load capacity has been excavated,and the adjustable load resources and distributed power sources are coordinated,and the complementarity can effectively improve the operation flexibility and economy of the distribution network.In this thesis,the active distribution network,which is widely accessed by controllable resources such as distributed power generation and adjustable load,is the research object,and the following research is mainly carried out:First,research on the characteristics of distributed power generation and adjustable load.The operation characteristics of typical distributed power generation and the demand characteristics of various typical loads are analyzed.Wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation have significant uncontrollable random fluctuation characteristics.Gas turbine and battery storage can achieve artificial control to achieve the goal of load tracking and suppressing wind power generation fluctuations.Second,the research of distributed generation active load tracking decision.Taking the economy of distribution network operation as the objective of optimization decision,a decision model of distributed generation active load tracking is established,and an example based on IEEE 33-bus system is analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed decision model.In the process of optimization oriented by the economic optimization of distribution network,distributed power generation embodies a certain degree of load tracking,which can effectively reduce the peak-valley difference of distribution network load and the economic cost of operation.Third,research on load resource transfer strategy under different operation optimization scenarios of distribution network.Aiming at four typical distribution network operation scenarios,and fully considering the penetration of distributed power generation,a detailed loadFinally,the research on coordinated and optimized operation of distribution network considering distributed generation and controllable load resources.Based on the proposed load resource call strategy,a scheduling method with multiple time scales and multiple optimization objectives is proposed for each typical operation optimization scenario;A two-stage optimal scheduling model is constructed,namely,the day-ahead optimal scheduling model and the dayahead real-time optimal scheduling model.Finally,based on the improved IEEE 33-bus distribution system and a typical block distribution network,the effectiveness of the proposed distribution network coordination and optimization operation method is verified.
