The large-scale access of renewable energy on the supply side and the adjustment of energy structure on the demand side have become the inevitable trend of energy development.At present,the energy consumed by transportation means accounts for two thirds of the total energy consumption.Countries all over the world are seeking effective ways to solve energy crisis and alleviate environmental pollution.The power of new energy vehicles mainly comes from the kinetic energy generated by electric energy and chemical reactions,which has a huge advantage over traditional fuel vehicles in reducing environmental pollution and reducing the use of fossil energy.Therefore,increasing the proportion of new energy in the overall energy and promoting the industrialization of new energy vehicles is the primary choice to solve the energy problem and environmental pollution.Aiming at this development demand,this paper explores the interaction between electric vehicles as energy storage facilities with mobile characteristics and the power grid,and proposes corresponding optimization solutions from load prediction,characteristic analysis,optimization regulation and other aspects with electric vehicles as the main body according to the specific technical requirements,in order to realize the rational development and utilization of large-scale electric vehicles as energy storage resources.Aiming at the problem that the load of electric vehicle is difficult to predict,the load characteristics and feature processing of electric vehicle under the background of big data are proposed,the periodicity and volatility of electric vehicle load are analyzed,and its characteristics are quantified.According to the load characteristics,the BPNN model,VMD-BPNN model and the prediction model based on similar days are established respectively to forecast the typical station and the total load in certain city in different prediction periods.The results show that the VMD-BPNN model is suitable for the short and medium term load prediction of electric vehicles,and the results can provide reference for the operation and scheduling of electric power system.In view of the influence of mobile characteristics on electric vehicles as energy storage facilities,an analysis method model of spatio-temporal characteristics of charging load considering the mobile energy storage characteristics of electric vehicles was proposed to study the spatio-temporal prediction method of electric vehicles charging load.The model of single electric vehicle,road traffic model and travel model were established respectively.Based on this,the Monte Carlo simulation was carried out,and the spatio-temporal prediction method of electric vehicle charging load under the road network mode was proposed.The simulation results show that the charging load of electric vehicles is closely related to the location,transportation network,and travel characteristics,and it is easy to form a "double peak" during the day and night,posing a threat to the safety of the distribution network.Aiming at the optimization scheduling problem between the new energy and the load including electric vehicles,taking the maximization of the operation efficiency of the distribution network and the maximization of the consumption of new energy as the optimization scheduling objectives,considering the constraints such as photovoltaic output,energy storage charging and discharging,and operation,a multi-objective optimization model based on the non-dominated sorting algorithm was proposed.On this basis,a simulation example was carried out on multiple scenarios.The results indicate that multi-objective optimization scheduling needs to comprehensively consider the safety and economy of the distribution network,and obtain the optimal optimization plan based on the actual situation.Aiming at the distribution network optimization scheduling and development needs of the spatio-temporal distribution characteristics of EV charging demand,this paper carried out research from the short-and medium-term prediction of EV charging load under the background of big data,analysis of the spatio-temporal characteristics of EV charging load considering mobile energy storage characteristics,and optimization scheduling of the distribution network considering EV charging load.It is expected to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of electric vehicles as a mobile energy storage unit to participate in the supply and demand interaction of the power grid,and provide reference for the friendly interaction between the power distribution network and electric vehicles under the large-scale development of electric vehicles.
