With the development of times and science and technology,the phenomenon of low periodic voltage in distribution network is becoming increasingly serious,mainly due to the short-term increase of network loss caused by the growth of load power.In view of this situation,the traditional solution is to expand the capacity of the transformer or increase the wire diameter of the distribution line.However,this method has the problems of increasing the idle capacity of the expanded transformer after the short-term load power disappears,and poor economic efficiency of equipment operation.To solve the above problems,it is of great significance to carry out the research on the planning and operation strategy of distributed energy storage system to improve the power quality of distribution network and the satisfaction rate of users.This paper analyzes the influence of energy storage system on distribution network loss and node voltage when it is connected to different capacities and locations of distribution network,providing theoretical support for the planning of distributed energy storage system.At the same time,considering such factors as node voltage fluctuation,daily load curve fluctuation and energy storage system capacity,a distributed energy storage system planning model is established to solve periodic low voltage.Then,based on the principle of peak shaving and valley filling,the operation strategy of the distributed energy storage system is studied considering the battery life and the depth constraints of charging and discharging.Finally,the economic evaluation of the planning result and operation strategy of distributed energy storage in an industrial park is carried out to study its promotion and application value.
